Sorry for lighting! I NEED electrolyse. I regularly get heart palpitations... So, electrolytes seriously help me. And it does help.Unlike other tablets that contain like 20mg magnesium, 100mg potassium, these contain 100s, and 400p. Hence you take 2.They're cheap and definitely work! Seriously recommend.

Recently been doing the carnivore/keto diet and I found these stop leg cramps and give me much more energy throughout the day. I will be buying these when these run out at some point because I think they were very well.

I bought this as drinking a lot of water and after a month I noticed hair and nails growing quicker and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night to use the toilet

Good value size and price compared to some I've seen on here. You have to take two a day with a full glass of water. They are not that big compared to an average paracetamol tablet but swallow quickly to avoid the salty taste. To early to tell if they are helping me as I've only just started taking them. Apparently these are a must for anyone starting a low carb or strict keto diet. I'm hoping they will help with my energy levels and avoid some of the side affects of a low carb diet. I will update after this after a month.

Brilliant!
These genuinely work as a pick-me-up. So much so when I gave some to a family members to try, they went and purchased their own tub swiftly afterwards. They are great for when you have been a little short on sleep or haven't fed/watered yourself quite well enough and they help give your body support and a boost.
