Boost Protein is designed to deliver a significant amount of protein per serving (usually 20-30 grams), making it a solid option for anyone needing to increase their protein.

Love the vanilla it is like a dessert more than a protein drink.

Not as good as Vanilla Ensure, which is what I was hoping for, but since it was out of stock, I found these and noticed they have basically the same ingredients, so I figured it would taste the same. There is a slight difference, but I'd still prefer Ensure. It comes as a close runner up, though.

I purchased the vanilla flavor and, for several weeks, drank one to two eight-ounce servings a day. It took me a while to notice, but I started to feel anxious and had trouble getting to/staying sleep. It's a delicious product and I would prefer to continue consuming it. Often I don't eat right and thought this would be my miracle solution. I just checked on Ask.com about whether drinking this product (or any protein beverage) can cause anxiety or nervousness. According to that source, it very much can, particularly for people who already suffer from anxiety. That would be me. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to stop. I would suggest you check with your family doctor and/or a registered dietician before making a commitment to including this drink in your daily nutrition regimen.
