This Is Bright And Very Useful
First thing that really I like about this little flashlight is how much light it can produce for its size. We have now left the old flashlights that are big and heavy in the past. No need to carry or lug around something that is so heavy it will require back surgery to correct. This little light can reach out and light up the end of my driveway, and that's 350 yards away. The flashlight has great output even on the medium settings, not just on turbo. If you need a light for walking at night this is the one. The light output is clean and very clear, it gives excellent color reproduction. This little flashlight puts out a very wide floodlight pattern with no hot spot in the center, it has a great light that pattern slowly dims right out to the edge of the beam. And since this is a floodlight it doesn't have harsh shadows that a spot light does. The fit and finish it's top quality. The flashlight that I received has a very nice black anodized finish that looks outstanding. The tail-cap has a very strong magnet in it. This is a great addition for my needs. Now I can mount this flashlight on something close to me and free up my hands for my work. If you need or want to make sure that you will have enough light to finish a long job, then consider buying one more 21700 battery's. It's the big brother of the much more common 18650 Lithium battery. So far I have not had the need for this but keeping a spare 21700 battery on hand could be something to consider. The only two little issues that I have with this flashlight is that when I push the “on” button I want light. This light has a built in safety feature, that gives a short double flash when you hit the on button the first time. This reminds me to double tap the on button to turn the light on to it's last used setting. I wish that there was a way to turn this off, but. Also the on/off button could have been just a bit bigger and it could have had a more tactile rubber feel to it. Don't get me wrong the on/off mode button is in the best place possible, it just could have been a bit better. Those are just two very minor things. Even with the small issues it's my current favorite EDC. I wonder how long I will be able to hang on to this little flashlight.

Great Flashlight.
Awesome Flashlight. Comes with battery. Verry floody. Very pocketable even with the 2170 battery. Very Bright on high and turbo modes. Would rather have tailcap switch but also like the included tailcap magnet; seems strong enough for most use.

Great light IF you manage the output manualy
First, This is a great light overall.... the form factor, design, color (green) the 5000k hi cri, the spot versus flood (it's a nice blend of the two for me.. plenty of throw for 95% of my use cases but floody enough to do work closer up, or walk through the forest, or for in-house use), reverse charging magnetic tail, etc. Now... here's the downside that I only figured out through testing and experimentation. Before I did this and figured this out I was going to return the light and probably give it 2 stars. Here's the situation ....Don't start on turbo and let it step down unless you are only going to use turbo for 40 seconds and then turn the light OFF for while. If you go to turbo and let it naturally step down, first it will get super super hot and will melt things If they touch the head. Second the step down is super aggressive only after about 40 seconds when you go to turbo from off, and it drops down BELOW high mode and stays there. This 40 seconds of course shortens to what seems to be an immediate drop down if you don't let it cool off enough. However if you use the light on high to start and do very short bursts like less than maybe 20 seconds in turbo then step back to high you will maintain the highest maintainable output of the light. The light output is good at High (of course below the stated output but that's another story). You will have to experiment with exactly how long you can turbo and then get back to the high output to maintain max sustainable output... Again if you turbo too long it will go below high until it cools down enough to allow you to maintain high AFTER you turn off the light (I have no idea how long the temp needs to drop to reset exactly) You will also help avoid the super hot head situation (just be mindful here and feel the head before you put it in a pocket or throw it on something that will melt). I would expect that the engineers would know this or have tested it enough to have the turbo drop to high and not below high...Even if it meant dropping the turbo down after a shorter period of time and allowing the user to re-turbo every so often. In summary, if you start from turbo and just leave the light on you will end up with a maybe disappointing 600 lumen light until it dies or you turn it off and let it cool down. If they figured out a way to manage this properly with the firmware then it would be a five-star. Last....for some reason when you set the light on its tail when on or attach it to its tail magnet to something metal the light turns off... this really makes me question it's durability. I'd hate to see what happens of I drop it. With all this said I feel like I paid too much for this light ($56). I compared this to the sofrin IF 23 pro and an olight warrior min 3 both of which have better output management regardless of total output. I'd feel better if it was about $40 so I'll probably return and wait for a sale.

WOW!
Super bright but does get very warm. Kind of to be expected at that high lumen... Compact and great battery

Bright - but with major downsides. Mainly a lack of ability to turn the device off.
Pros: - Removable/replaceable battery - Very bright for its size - Seems durable (not extensively tested) Cons: - The light refuses to turn off. I'm not referring to the the small green LED that you can optionally turn on as a locator, or the minor battery drain from the USB-C power output. I'm talking about one of the 4 LEDs within the cluster that refuses to turn off unless I twist off the tailcap. I've tried a single click. Single click + hold. Double click. Double Click + hold. Rinse/repeat until 5 clicks. Nothing works. I've tried to "factory reset" (LMAO) the light (hold power button while screwing tail cap back on... press + hold the power button while battery is removed, etc...). Short of attempting to sign for SOS on the device, I've tried as many combos as I can imagine + what I found online + what's in the manual. There's still 1 LED within the main light cluster that refuses to turn off. This clearly drains the battery at an incredible rate - it's operating in it's "low" light mode. Forever. Fairly useless if you ask me. - No readily available firmware updates. Clearly this "flashlight" is operated by some form of logic using an/some ICs and is "programmed". However, there's no well-published method of updated said firmware to get a working light. So, I have a battery, charging/discharging circuitry, and a light that runs dim forever. Nothing much else to say. I don't ask much of a product. The ability to turn something on and off isn't new, doesn't require AI/ML, and should "just work". Unfortunately for Wurkkos, basic functionality was replaced with untested "tech". I've never encountered a device that refuses to turn off and stop draining its battery. There's a first for everything - I'm just not sure this was the first Wurkkos wanted.

Wow!
Best purchase of 2023. Holy cow it’s bright. If you run it in turbo it gets hot but all the other modes are really surprisingly usable. Runtime with included battery is spectacular. I’m not exaggerating but this thing absolutely floods your perspective with light. If you’re a normal person who doesn’t worry about things like color accuracy this is absolutely the flashlight for you. I’m one of those people, I returned an FC11 for this and am so glad I did. This is way more usable for not that much more in size, price or weight. It doesn’t throw the beam super far but it’s not meant to be a spot light. Integrated USBc charging is super convenient and the huge battery holds a charge for forever. Not sure what make it is but judging from the quality of the terminals it’s probably a rebranded cell. UI is super easy to use and intuitive once you know what does what. Timer lockout is probably a good feature considering button positioning. 2 clicks to unlock, once unlocked 1 tap to turn on or off, short hold to cycle power modes. Two quick taps to turbo mode, three taps for flasher. Can also be switched to ramping I believe but I like it the way it is so I can’t tell you how that’s done. If you’re on the fence or looking at other mid size models just buy this one. It is absolutely a steal for the performance and quality you get. You’re not finding better performance per dollar. Go read some flashlight nerd reviews if you need more convincing. Great job wurrkkos!

This is simply the best I've had and I'm very much thinking about getting another one.
I've had and have quit a few flashlights, a few Wuben, Husky, and others. This, by far blows them all away. I was looking for a very particular set of features and this checked all the boxes: 1. High Lumen-yes! I have 2000, 3500, and 4200 lumen flashlights and this one is as bright if not brighter than the 4200. 2. A magnetic tail cap-very useful when working in low light and needing to free your hands. 3. Large battery capacity and long battery life-enough said. It just goes and goes and when it does finally run low on power it's easy to recharge and get back to what you were doing. 4. USB Type-C-I wish more brands would finally come around to adopted this connection type. It's easy and fast and reliable, in my experience. 5. It's a battery backup!-Yep, it charges other devices via the USB Type-C port. Great in a pinch. If you don't need it, fine, it'll still be there when you need it. 6. It feels sturdy in the hand and the shape and texture of the aluminum feels good and tactile. It's somewhat on the heavier side, but for me at least, it makes me feel like there is some substance to it and it won't break at the drop of a hat. It is a fantastic piece of work and a joy to use and well priced.

Beautiful Beam, Nice Low Modes, High Runtimes, Quick Battery Recharging
Fantastically usable EDC light with nice, warm, high CRI emitter. Just got it, but recently used it for hours to move home theater equipment around rooms, and after hours of use at lower levels, battery voltage was still above 4.10 (4.20 is max), and it recharged to full in minutes.
