Eliminated the burned food cooking odor in my apartment. It didn't mask the smell it got rid of it with no left over scent. I sprayed my furniture and carpet and the odor was gone.

it works good, i only put 4 stars because of the bleach smell left behind. I didnt care for the bleach odor. It made me worry it would stain carpets or curtains but it didnt. I have Pooph also and it leaves no odor at all. Both work the same, but this one has an odor, not real overwhelming, just faint smell.

This works, but you pretty much need to "prep" with this. This isn't what you use when relatives are about to arrive. I have dogs, and they can make couches and things get that "unfresh smell". So I use this. Once you spray it, expect a scent of chlorine for several hours. After that, it's fine and everything is refreshed. Based on that, I will spray my couches before I got to bed so it can do its magic while I'm asleep. This has not stained my furniture or anything like that.

I had a very musty smell coming from my basement and also seemed to be affecting my carpet in a couple of rooms. I tried many things, steam cleaned the carpets, etc. Nothing seemed to take care of the odor. I purchased this product thinking "why not?" So happy I did. Eliminated all the mustiness. I will definitely keep this item on hand and order more when needed. Very pleased.
