I've ordered Thompson's Irish tea for years and love this product. Just the right taste for me. It's much less than what you pay for brands at the grocery stores.

I live this tea. My mother and sister found it years ago at a brick and mortar store. However it was one of those places that get close outs and sell them off. Looking online I found it a a specialty tea website. Then behold! Amazon now sells it! The best deal is when you buy the four bags. I haven't drank another brand if tea since 2016!

Been switching from coffee to tea and this particular tea was recommended to me by an Irish person. Good strong taste but not overwhelming. Even made some cold brew iced tea and it's the best most smooth iced tea I've ever had. Not really missing coffee with this tea around. Try it!

This is our go-to morning cuppa - strong enough for a working man’s tea but doesn’t get bitter like some others. Smells divine. Beautiful to wake up to this invigorating scent. Normally buy it off a specialty web site but got it on Amazon for same price and no shipping - thank you, Prime!

Our family like tea with milk and sweetener. This tea is our family's favorite, and we drink it every day - at least two cups in the morning and perhaps one in the afternoon, especially during the colder months of the year. We've been drinking this tea for over 8 years, and it will continue to be our go-to morning drink, as long as we can order it. We've ordered it several times directly from the company in Ireland, but usually Amazon has a good price on multi-packs. We like our hot tea good and strong, and are able to get a strong brew at a 2 min steeping time. If you like your hot tea a little less robust, you could probably get two cups out of one bag. The Thompson Family has won multiple awards for its various teas. Try the Irish Breakfast - I bet you'll like it as much as we do.

I was born, 76 years ago, 60 miles South of Belfast in what was then called "The Free State". My family had a pub/grain store/small grocery store right on the border in a place called Riverstown. My uncle would blend his own tea ; it came in huge square boxes right from the countries of origin. The tea came sealed in real 'tin foil' that we would roll up in balls and play with as children. I have tried many, many so called 'Irish Teas' through the years and Thompsons, so far is the only one that I would call 'real Irish ' traditional tea. You can make a 'strong' cup of tea (2 bags) without that tanic after taste. Tanin is great in red wine ; but not in tea. Bold, smooth and full of flavor. A great way to start or end your day.

A blisteringly good brew! Do it to the honour of making it in the pot with freshly boiled water and giving it a good stir.

I used to buy Yorkshire Gold but found it to be hit or miss, sometimes a good pack and other times quite tasteless. Thompsons Irish Breakfast is consistently good and I'm glad I found it. If you like a strong cup of tea you won't be disappointed.
