Apple Watch Band - Sport Loop (45mm) - (PRODUCT) RED - Regular

I tried other bands for my Apple Watch & they were difficult to put on. I wanted the Velcro style band that came with the watch. This works great as I have a slim wrist & can very easily tighten it. Will definitely order this again when I need a new replacement.

I have been using the sport loop option on my Apple Watch since I bought it and replaced the initial rubber loop. I have purchased multiple colors through Amazon and what I like is the softness against my skin, the ability to dry quickly as I sweat living in the Deep South or am messy in the kitchen and constantly get it wet washing dishes. Also, as a messy person, I get stuff on it, so I’m able to just throw it into the washer (I use a bra bag to keep it safe and from clinging to any clothing), air dry and it’s good to go.While I do change the band out regularly for washing, I haven’t seen any issues with fraying or the pulling on the fabric. My watch is nearly three years old and I rotate between just a few favorite colors including this red one (which to me is less deep red and more pinky red which is what I wanted). I am not easy on the watch so that too is a testament to the durability of the band material.I hate that it’s typically priced around $50, but you can usually catch it on a small discount like $5 off. Based on how it has stood up to my abuse and washing, it’s worth the money.

I’ve tried on a lot of the Apple Watch bands - I got an Apple Watch Ultra and wore the trail loop for about 5-6 months, which was supposed to be the upgraded version of the sport loop, and I gotta say I’m pretty disappointed. It’s more minimal but it’s already fraying really bad where the velcro has stuck. Just bought another one of these because for about two years I wore the sport loop with my series 6, and this is still, undoubtedly, the best Apple Watch band.Durability - my last one still looked almost new and I wore it everyday for about two years. Also, the velcro held out and never wore out the watch band itself. I’ve only had my most recent for a day or so, but if it’s anything like the last (which it feels and seems like) then I give it a 10/10 in durabilityPrice - compared to the prices of the others, it’s the best band for the buck. Don’t cheap out and get some type of third party band. It’s not worth it, trust me, and you risk the magnets not working properly and potentially damaging your Apple Watch. $50 is a little steep, but compared to their other bands it’s good. I’d give it a 6/10Design / versatility - simple yet it works so well. Easy to put on and take off, and it’s the most adjustable band they make in my opinion. You can get fitting perfectly on your wrist. On top of that, it’s great for any occasion. I use mine as an everyday wear because I don’t switch out my bands for different occasions, and that includes working out. Looks great for anything. I will say it’s also easy to wash, I just soak mine in water and let it dry and it cleans it well. 10/10Recommend this band 100%. It’s your best option as far as look / price / durability / use

I have three Apple Watch bands - the ocean, the alpine, and this one, the sport loop. This one is the most comfortable, and the easiest to put on and adjust.The only con is it stays wet for a while if it gets wet. For water activities the ocean band works out better.This one also stays clean - than the my orange alpine which seems to look dirty after a week, and need washing.I also love the red/orange color of this Product Red band - it’s a little pop of cheery color on my otherwise dark wardrobe.

Let me preface this all by saying the apple sport loops are 5 stars out of 5.I've tried out at least one of every category of authentic apple watch bands (sport loop, sport band, milanese loop, leather link, nike sport loop, nike sport band, etc.). I've also tried out a lot of the knockoffs for each category and I can wholeheartedly say that the knockoff sport loops are right up to par with Apple's sport loops - absolutely amazing. Don't get me wrong, the apple sport loops are great as well, but for $50, it just doesn't make sense. There's a few sellers on amazon that sell packs of 6 sport loops (mimicking authentic apple colorways as well) for $8! Here's the kicker - I tried a few of them for a few days at a time nonstop (bar taking it off to charge for ~30 min a day or so) and I haven't gotten a rash or irritation from a single one. The only difference between authentic and inauthentic are the quality of the nylon material themselves. The inauthentic loops come slightly rough in the sense that they're not as soft as apple sport loops, so they take a few days each to really break in and become as soft as apple's sport loops. Other than that though, they're the exact same!TL;DR - Apple sport loops are great, but not worth $50. Look for the 6 packs of knockoff sport loops for $8 and I promise you will be beyond happy with your purchase of 6 bands for $8 as opposed to $50 for each band. I'd give Apple's sport loops 5/5 stars. I'd give the knockoffs 4.5/5 stars.

I love how it feels against my skin. But as I’ve been using the strap, I’ve noticed the micro fibers coming out of the strap slowly.Which is not something I expect from an apple product I’ve owned roughly for a month. And for the price.
