Delicious!
I use this delicious coconut milk powder as a creamer. I find it works best if I add a little water and take a moment to blend and break down any lumps before adding the coffee/choc/matcha (it’s quicker than a frother!). It’s also a great alternative to canned coconut milk and you only use what’s needed so no wastage.

Great Taste and a Good Deal
This coconut powder would make an excellent coffee creamer or milk substitute. It isn't as sweet as some I've had, but you might not want too much sweeteness in a creamer. It's a little lumpy, so it might be best to pour a little hot water in and break up the lumps before adding anything cold (like for a smoothie). Once it is reconstituted, it has a nice texture and a full-bodied flavor. It also works well if you want to add some coconut flavor to a Thai recipe, and the best part is the fact that it is a powder...so no spoilage. I live in a remote location that can experience a blizzard at any time, so I like having back up supplies. I'd put this coconut powder in the category of "essential" to have, because it is organic, provides MCT's, and is useful in everything from hot chocolate to mashed potatoes. The price is reasonable and the packaging is high quality. I'll buy it again.

My new soap.
This stuff is AMAZING. I originally bought this stuff to use for milk baths occasionally, but after the results I got after soaking in it for just five minutes, I decided to make this my permanent soap for baths and showers. Firstly, it smells incredible, like delicious coconut cookie batter that tempts you into wanting to eat it (which you can, but I did not). Secondly, I’m assuming the natural oils from the coconut are what create such a glorious layer of moisturizer on my skin, because after just sitting in a bath with the stuff for five minutes, my horrible looking skin (due to the soap I was using) looked amazing- like I had used a boar bristle brush to exfoliate, rinsed, and then put lotion on, but I hadn’t done any of that. So, at this point, I was already immensely excited because I hate using traditional soap and have been looking for a natural alternative for so long (I even gave up showering/bathing with soap for an entire year before covid19 became a concern), which brings me to my third point: this stuff lathers beautifully! No, it does not get all soap bubbly, instead it turns into a thick, creamy lather (probably due to the coconut oils) that is easy to spread around your body. Of course, the ratio of powder to water will determine the thickness of your lather, but you could even use this stuff as a natural shaving cream. The best part for me, is that after my bath, after patting myself off with my towel, my skin still felt freshly moisturized. I’ve used coconut oil for a long time as a natural moisturizer and I absolutely hated it. Despite everyone being obsessed over it, I couldn’t stand it because it always left me feeling greasy; sticky; caked in thick, uncomfortable mess; it never really set into my skin; it left a mess on my clothes, things I touched; made makeup hard to put on; and stung my eyes when I’d sleep or sweat. This coconut milk product is my perfect solution to all of that while still getting the benefits of using coconut oil as a moisturizer. I’ve your bathing in this, you really don’t even have to rinse off, and the oils will settle to your skin in a similar way that traditional lotions do- no mess, no rub off, no discomfort. If you’re showering with this, I’d suggest using it away from the shower head so that you have the opportunity to really work it into your skin before (quickly) rinsing off. I also use this to wash, exfoliate, and moisturize my face twice a day. I’ll work it into a rich lather, and then gently rinse it off, more concerned about leaving a tiny amount still on my skin than making sure I rinse it ALL off. Just like the bath, I am left with a very comfortable amount of oil on my face that makes me skin literally glow, looking subtle, soft, and entirely natural. I. Freakin’. Love. This. Stuff.

Works great! Great dairy alternative for my coffee :)
I mostly got the Anthony's Organic Coconut Milk Powder to try as a creamer. I will be traveling to France for two weeks and am dairy free and I've read that coffe shops that offer almond or coconut creamers as an alternative are few and far between. While I will be VERY close to Burnt Coffee Bean Central or as hubby calls them "Factory coffee", I prefer to avoid them at ALL costs. So I tried it the first day and felt like I needed a lot of it and I could taste the coconut flavor. That is not offensive to me and I was surprised that I could even taste it because I eat a lot of coconut products but it's probably because most recently I'd been using almond creamer in my coffee. Day two I decided to try the same amount (10g) that is in a serving of Coconut Clouds dried Coconut Milk Creamer and it seems to have "whitened" my coffee enough for my taste and the coconut flavor is still very slight to me. I even let my coffee sit a while and added a little more to 'warm' it back up and I still didn't have any problem dissolving the powder in my coffee. I didn't actually use measuring spoons the first time just the Tbs you eat with. 1 Yes there's a creamy like film on top but there was also one on the CC creamer. 2 No it did not seem 'oily' to me. 3 Yes it did disolve completely and fairly quickly/easily for me. 4 No it did not have or leave a 'grainy' texture/feel in my coffee at all. 5 Yes I would recommend as a powdered non-dairy coffee creamer. 6 No it was not 'clumpy' for me (best by date on my bag was 04/28/2020 maybe when it's a little older 🤷🏻♀️) 7 No I did not feel the need to stir before each sip. 8 No I have not had issues with my resealable bag but if I had, I'd just transfer to a Mason jar and not hold it against the product. 9 No it does not have mixing directions on package to make 'milk'. I feel like it's unfair to rate a product lower because you didn't like the price or it got damaged in shipping. We're supposed to be rating the product, which is why I read the negative comments first so I can see if people are being petty and can discount them. Then I read their other reviews to see if they love complaining about everything. Really puts their reviews into perspective.

The seller was just amazing with how quick it all turned but I love this brand in general and the varieties they have to sell. Very few options when it comes to pure coconut milk powder as most seem to have dairy milk solids added which kinda kills the purpose of it to be a dairy free alternative!
