From Google: To replace Lime Powder with 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, mix 1 teaspoon of powder and 2 tablespoons of water. To make equivalent of 1/2 cup of juice you would need 1/2 cup of water and 4 teaspoons of powder. (There are 8 tablespoons of liquid in 1/2 cup so 1 tsp of powder to 2 tablespoons of water - 4 tsp to 8 tablespoons of liquid.)

When using this product the nutritional value of the whole use of the lemon provides the nutrients and minerals needed. Vitamin C is naturally inside.

It's a metalic package (light-protected) containing organic lemon powder which contains the WHOLE LEMON....skin, pulp, seeds and juice....all the valuable nutrient ingredients of a whole, organic lemon. The amount you use is to personal taste, just like the "concentrated juice" you find in the market. Uses: lemonade and drinks; blend into juices or smoothies; sprinkle on seafood, meat & chicken; bake in muffins, breads, tarts and cookies. The amounts you use will be according to individual taste. I LOVE having this on hand for whatever use I may have. I also buy the ORANGE powder, and I use it in the same way. WELL WORTH THE PRICE.....MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE COST OF LEMONS IN THE MARKET WOULD BE IN THE LONG RUN. AND IT'S "ORGANIC", WHICH IS VITAL IN TODAY'S "GMO" WORLD!!
