Amazing short cable
Fantastic for portable chargers and ssd and HDD devices

Cable that doesn't halve its USB bandwidth when the USB-C end is connected the "wrong" side up
This is a USB-A to USB-C USB 3.2 Gen.1 cable (5 Gbps throughput). The cable is sturdy, but the best part of it is that you can connect the USB-C end of this cable to a USB-C host either side up, and the bandwidth is not halved if it's connected the "wrong" side up. There are other cables on Amazon that look the same and are supposedly rated for USB 3.2 Gen.2 (10 Gbps), but they halve their USB bandwidth when you plug the USB-C end of the cable to a USB host the "wrong" side up. USB-C standard was created so that the USB-C end could be plugged into a USB-C port on a host either way up, and the cable should function the same, but, apparently, this is not the case with a lot of USB-A to USB-C cables sold on Amazon. So, this particular USB-A to USB-C cable functions the way it's supposed to. I bought this cable to connect the Ubiquiti 5 Gbps USB to Ethernet adapter to my M4 MacBook Air via a USB hub (rated for 10 Gbps) for Ethernet network connectivity. I use the Ubiquiti 5 Gbps USB-C to Ethernet adapter with this cable. I get consistently 2.3 Gbps to a Ubiquiti USW-Pro-Max-16-POE switch (2.5 Gbps) ports via this cable regardless which side up of its USB-C end I plug into the USB-C port of the Ubiquiti 5 Gbps USB to Ethernet adapter. With other cables sold on Amazon that are rated for USB 3.2 Gen.2 (10 Gbps), the same Ubiquiti 5 Gbps USB to Ethernet adapter halves the throughput (measuring via iperf3) when the USB end of those cables is connected to the USB-C port on the Ubiquiti USB-C to Ethernet adapter the "wrong" side up. One of those other cables that halve the bandwidth when the USB-C end of the cable is connected to a USB-C port on a USB host is the AreMe USB 3.2 Gen.2 (10 Gbps) USB-A to USB-C cable, which looks almost identical to this one. This is the issue I haven't known existed until recently.

nice concept, poor execution UPDATED 8/12/21
Bought this to use in my 19 Warlock, to connect my S9+ to the factory Andriod Auto, and loved the fact it took up next to no space, while being super flexible. Worked great for about 2 weeks, then just stopped transferring data from my phone to the head unit. Would still charge the phone fine, but with no data transfer it became completely worthless. UPDATE 8/12/21 The seller must have seen my review, and contacted my directly in an attempt to make things right. A new cable was sent to me, free of charge. This one is working as intended, and as long as it continues to do so, I see no reason not to give it 5 stars. Will update again if this one stops transmitting data like the first.

スマホとポタアンを繋ぐために、とにかく短いケーブルを探していてたどり着きました。 できれば5cmほどのケーブル長であれば嬉しかったですが、仕方ないですね。 商品自体は全く問題ないです。ケーブルはフラットで、とにかく丈夫に見えます。ただ、丈夫がゆえに、ケーブルはちょっと硬いです。
