I really love this deodorant, I have been looking for a natural deodorant for a long time, however, I’ve been unable to find one that didn’t dry out my armpits. That may sound really strange, however, I have eczema and find with whatever ingredients are put in natural deodorants. They would make my armpits go sore and dry. This deodorant does not do that, I find it very moisturising.If I wear this on a normal day, I do not have perspiration onto my armpits smell, nice and fresh. If it’s a hot day, I do perspire, however, I do not have any smell apart from the smell of the deodorant. It makes me feel very fresh and clean when I wear this deodorant.The cost financially is a lot more expensive to buy natural, however, for me, I really feel that it is worth it as there are all sorts of nasty ingredients in normal deodorants. For me, the extra cost is absolutely worth it and I will continue to buy salt of the Earth deodorants.

have been using this brand for at least 7 years now. the smell is good, it works really well for my husband and I love the subscribe and save choice where we can just get the environmentally friendly refill he can add to his original plastic container.

Been using Wild for a year or so. Like the idea but the dispenser is big n clunky, plus you waste around 20% of remaining product, throwing away with the “empty” refill. This one has a very well designed dispenser and the refil retails what was left of the old one at the bottom, hence virtually no wasted product. Fitting the refill is a bit tricky, but I’m sure after a few times it will become routine.Deodorant does the job. If this is your first time using a natural deodorant, give yourself a few weeks for your skin to adapt, eventually your natural balance will recover and no BO smells.I’m dead happy with this product, after many years looking for a natural deodorant without single use plastics, this is the best yet

I'm a big fan of Salt of the Earth deodorants, and I must have tried 10-15 different 'natural' brands. For me Salt of the Earth are the best. Pleasant smell and effective. This 'refill' can be used on its own and does not need the plastic 'original' purchase. I had the plastic thing but found that using just this in its cardboard wrapper works fine.The reason it only gets 3 stars is because it can be quite hard to apply - pulls on the skin. That's ok for me but anyone with sensitive pits might not be happy. And secondly, it's not quite as effective (does not keep me as fresh for as long) as the 'balm' version of the deodorant. For me, the balm wins on effectiveness. It comes in a small glass jar, is easy to apply and very effective. The only downside to that is occasional 'salt' marks on clothing.

I've tried all kinds of natural/organic deodorant brands and this is by far the best for me. You have to make sure to apply it when you've freshly showered and thoroughly dried your underarms. I've never had to re-apply during the day.To be clear, it doesn't stop you sweating (it's not antiperspirant!) but if you do sweat, it won't smell bad. In fact you'll be left with a fresh smelling scent on your clothes. The fragrance isn't super strong but smells fresh and clean.

To me it smells like a candle and feels like one too it doesn't swipe easily onto the underarm so to get a good amount on it really hurt my skin and left me with bright red sore areas. It didn't work, I normally use dove stick and I can go over 24 hours without a bad scent coming but this deoderant didn't even last 4 hours and when the odour came i couldn't even tell apart from coming quite close so by the time I realised I needed to clean myself (still less than 24 hrs later mind) the scent of the deoderant and the odour was so strong and stuck to my now sore skin that I could barely wash it off. The vetiver scent I don't think works with my skin I dunno about skin in general but it created a new scent when mixed with my natural body odour that was so foul I have literally never smelt myself be so bad even when I went 2 weeks without changing my clothes, cleaning my underarms or using deoderant at all when I was clinically depressed and unmotivated. I have tried washing my underarms with different bar and liquid soaps 3 or 4 times in the past 24 hours and the horrid smell is still lingering and my armpits are super sore I can't shave or use any deoderant or a perfumed cream on them right now to try and hide the smell until my armpits are able to be cleaned without pain I had to wash them with just water and am now having to put coconut oil onto them to moisturise and neutralise the odour I think it could be an allergic reaction to the high perfume content though this has never happened before with any deoderant and I've tried lots, or maybe it's just because I had to use such force to get any deoderant onto my skin. The deoderant is also very crumbly when you do get any off the stick and drops everywhere it went all over my bedsheets and made a mess and the cardboard packaging doesn't seem to work super well as this makes a mess too when pushing the stick up and down and putting the lid on. A lot gets smeared on the outside of the tube. It's a strange scent but not bad seems to suit a candle moreso but it's strong like you'd want from a deoderant and I love the idea behind it but unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I hope this review will help with product improvements. I bought this because it had good reviews and was cruelty free I'm not bothered about it being vegan or all natural or organic or environmentally friendly personally (no problem with it doing those things too I'm just saying they don't sway me but I will only buy leaping bunny approved stuff) as I need to find a new deoderant that works but this did NOT fit the bill. I was thinking of trying a different scent at first but after the soreness it gave me its just put me off any more of these deoderant products.

Researched into this and read the reviews. The smell is lovely and so fresh. However come home after worn with the dreaded BO smell. I never normally get this as I sit at a desk all day. It dosnt last long, I even tried adding double the amount. Shame as i really wanted to stick with the brand. Disappointed 😞
