This product doesn't work on leather dashbroad. The the suction cup on the holder works well. This should be put in the description of the product, telling that it will not stick to leather dashbroad.

Simple and ease to use. It holds for a long time but can/does need replaced after a 1 year or 2 depending. F-150 slightly texture dash with phone mount holds strong despite rough roads paved or dirt. Phone mount suction cup lets go first on the rare occasion. Make sure to really clean the surface and slightly warm dash surface helps. Firm downward pressure for 20-30 seconds and should be all set.

The original phone mount kept coming off dash, this mount has kept it in place, even in the very hot summer heat hitting the dash

My boyfriend changed cars and he loves his iOttie magnetic mount. Unfortunately the sticky pad is not reusable. We got this replacement hoping it would do the trick. I think as long as it is on a horizontal surface, on top of the dash, it works fine. He had a little bit of trouble with it at a slight angle. But it seems to be holding up now. I guess it needed a few days to bond properly.

5 stars for product. For delivery, fail. Although driver took pic of package in front my apt door. It actually wasn't there. I found it sitting on top of the mail receptacle where mail is put into unit boxes by postal service. Lucky I thit to look up and out of curiosity, ipulkexit down and looked at address. Sure enough, it wad my delivery m. Don't know what happened, but hope it doesn't become the norm!

I bought this for the very slightly curved (see photo) dash on my 2013 RAV4. It stuck great with my Easy Touch 2 until after ~2 weeks the plastic part of the base separated from the 1/8" thick wad of glue on the back of it. I am now stuck with a approx 3" in diameter round clear piece of sticky glue which I am unable to remove from the top of my dash (see photos). The plastic part remained attached to my EasyTouch so that part worked but the adhesive just totally separated. I looks like the adhesive stuff was never properly attached to the plastic. While I do live in North Central FL the temps here for the last 6 weeks have rarely reached 75. What would happen in the summer when it actually gets hot??? And how can I remove that big chunk of sticky adhesive from my dash safely?
