Not see-through. I don't know what you mean by "sweat proof " but I wear them to the gym and lift and they don't fall apart when I sweat lol

Q: What is the difference between the pure&plain and the everyday essentials?

From the pictures, it looks like the pure + plain have a single seam on the inner thigh going all the way down. The butter soft has 2 seams on the inner thigh which meet at the knee forming a single seam going from knee to ankle- making them look more athletic in a way. Both kinds have 70/30 poly spandex
