I've relied on this for 2 years, and I'm only having to buy a new one now because I'm careless! Great wee product! Super handy if you have fussy plants and it's pretty accurate! The battery life is good as well, I think I only replaced them once over the 2 years. Handles well, does the job, screen is easy to read, sturdy, and not over encumbering.

Easy to use and good condition. We can monitor the temperature, humidity and PH easily.

Like the fact that can test different things with 1 device. No a lot of buttons or set up. Very Easy to use and the design of the display in an angle is also a plus.

absolutely worthless at measuring moisture. even when drenching soil this device still says dry. i would bet if i put it in a glass of water it would tell me dry. it doesn't stay at dry+ which would indicate it's not functioning at all, so it's just worthless at detecting moisture. ph/light and temp seem to work.

I've only just tested now and it mostly seems fine enough except for one or two things. The pH values seemed to fluctuate a bit but I think it settled on what might be the correct reading. The temperature and moisture readings are together on separate screens to pH but the light levles are on both screens. I think it would make more sense if moisture readings was on the same screen as pH if not all the readings together on one screen, but I'm probably just nick picking there. And on top of all that the on button turns the thing on but it doesn't turn it off, instead you have to take a battery out and insert it back in. If that's not an indication of a really cheaply made device I don't know what is. But despite all of that it does seem to do the job. Although I did expect something for £15. If you can find something better for the price or are willing to spend more then get that. Otherwise might be decent enough but then it might also depend on the batch since the reviews on here say different things and no ones mentioned anything about the on button not being able to turn it off... Edit; it turns out to turn it off you have to hold both of the front buttons down together for what feels like a good 15 seconds or so... The meter does seem decent enough for testing soil dryness to tell you when to water the plants. For pH, if like analogue meters, apparently the soil needs to be wet first to take a proper reading... I'm not sure on the accuracy of the temperature readings but overall I'm actually happy with this meter so far. I'm not yet confident enough with it to score it more than 3/5 but at the same time it's not a bad little device.

A really good product to ensure you don't over water those house plants, works well and does exactly what it needs to. Super easy to use :-)
