Simple and understandable
A very well laid out set of plans, easy to read, and the lettering is large and clear. I like it

Finally finished the Woodcraft Garden Bench!
This was a fun project...one that lasted for months. I wound up adding some decorative inlays (Bloodwood inlays over cedar wood) and it made the project pop.All in all, a great learning experience. The tough parts are as follows:* The back legs are canted at a 10 degree angle, tough to get them done and looking perfect. Ordinarily, I'd have made a pattern out of 1/4 plywood and used my router table to take them to size, but the legs, once glued, were too big for my bits.* The top and bottom railings are difficult to mortise and tenon corretly. Mine came out a little screwy.* The seat slats are difficult to put in as there is little room for a screwdriver between the arm and the top of the seat support. I wound up predrilling the holes and using a wrench to screw them down. All in all, great project! Fun!
