What is Yeot?
A sweet Korean traditional food made by fermenting grain containing starch with malt and then boiling it down.

"Kang Bong-seok" is a representative of Doo-re village who is making Korean traditional grain syrup(Jo-cheong) for 4 generations.
Unlike the existing sweetness, he studied and developed the traditional Jo-cheong, which contains the wisdom of his ancestors.
He has been endeavoring to provide healthy natural sweetness to consumers.
He was recognized for his accomplishment and was named as the Korean Food Master (No. 32) for the first in the Yeot/Jo-cheong field in Korea.
