Great workouts
Great workouts. I could do all the ab workouts in the ab section because I LOVE ab work. Lol. But that’s just me. I wouldn’t recommend a beginner do all ab workouts same day. Follow their guidelines if you’re a beginner please

2 great workouts
I like the firm and they have a few workouts that are split into two. Short enough to feel yet do one or both and you get a wonderful workout. Love the firm, they train you how to lift and work out correctly. Easy to start and the more toned and better you get, they tell you how to add weights to still see results.I'm 190 at 5'3" and I can do these workouts.

Simply the best!
I first got this exercise in VHS. That is how many years I have been using it. It is so good, I got it again on a DVD. There is a different exercise for the abs every day for five days. They average about 7 minutes each. When my Beach Body Slim in Six gets to the ab part, I switch videos!!!

Best abs workout I've ever done
I was so sad when my VHS broke only because they didn't have 5-Day Abs on DVD. The VHS was my mom's but I took it with me when I went away to college. Oldie but a goody. Kinda corny but worth it for the workout it gives.

Tried a million ab videos and alway find myself coming back to this one. Started using my mom's VHS version when I was a teen! I like that you can challenge yourself by adding ankle weights or by doing 2, 3 or even all 5 days in a row.

Used a lot of an tapes. This one makes you so sore!! Good stuff.
