Failed Cartridge- Update- Problem Resolved
My color cartridge failed at 98% full. I was past the return date. I contacted the company 3 time for a return due to the cartridge was full. They never responded. Never again.UPDATEThe Company contacted me and replaced the defective color cartridge at no charge. I installed it and it's working.The B/W cartridge has been working great all along. So yes I would purchase from them again.

Ink Cartridges (type 63XL) from MY TONER failed to function in HP Printer - Testing both color and Black individually failed to operate. Not good, but may try to clean and try again.I'm fully familiar with the printer.
