This has been great for my daughter to be able to practice her martial arts at home without injuring family members. Very good quality, nice size, and not too heavy to hold up.

I bought this plus a cheap set of gloves. This was for grandpa and an 8 year old to mess around with. During the Thanksgiving Day gathering, these got pulled out by the 8 year old, and several other guys. Little did I know they had just viewed a Rocky movie. They beat on the pad for a few hours. Probably the best thing for a family of tough young boys. They really had a blast, and nobody got hurt. They absolutely loved it. The pad is still intact and shows no wear or damage. No girls we're present, but it would have been a good time for them too.

The pad itself is pretty good. It can withstand strong kicks and punches. The size of it is very good, bigger than what I expected. However, the straps cannot be opened all the way. I can open my straps all the way of my current ones and attached the straps anywhere but this one is elastic and stuck onto the back of the pad. That's the only downside to the pad, aside from that the price is great!

Was a bit apprehensive due to the low price-but these are fantastic! Very dense inner foam and they have held up to the rigors of class for months now. Will be buying several more for our studio

This is good size, but smaller than I expected. It fits on my forearm well though. It is a hard, dense foam that my 10 year old says hurts to punch/kick repeatedly. I am unsure if it will "soften" over time, but its likely it will. We use it for martial arts practice and it suits our needs and is just what we needed for the price.

Excellent buy! It feels sturdy, protect you well against most of the kicks.We can do fun exercise(punching and kicking) using this Pad Shield.Also, price is good.

Bought this for my children who are in karate class. This help them in the punching and kicks skills. I am going planning to purchase more like. Recommend for starter karate students or also for active leisure. Exercise is good for health.
