I ordered 3 sets of these back in Feb 2023 and now it is March 2025. They do a great job at diverting downspout water away from the foundation. I found the flexibility to be useful for getting around tree stumps. I chose white to match my gutter system. One of the tubes has completely crumbled after about 2 years of use on the west side of my house and exposed to lots of sunlight. I guess that’s a decent life for a product at this price point. The others I have are still going strong, but they are shaded by bushes. I will consider burying it to prevent UV degradation.

The plastic on the spiral downspout just snapped. It was like it was hard and it just snapped broke

The end that ships separately doesn't exactly 'fit' the down spout...it can be attached, but to stay it needs to be screwed on, that was disappointing. Other than that, it installed fine and works well.

I am pleased with the quality of these downspout extenders. It was easy to extend them to full length and attach them to downspouts. I needed to make a bend in one of them, and that also was easy. The thickness of the plastic seems about the same as the old extenders I was replacing, and I expect they will last several years as the old ones did in full sunlight. The extenders came with the larger rectangular end piece attached (thank you!) and I had modest difficulty attaching the other end piece. That's due to my ineptitude, though -- it's really a straightforward procedure.

Pretty easy to assemble and fits well on the gutter. Easy extension. Would recommend.

These look and work great but they don’t last. Expect 2 years max. Otherwise I would rate with 5 stars.

These are nice, thick downspout extenders. They are super easy to put on. I did not put screws on mine and they stay on very well. Even when it’s been raining hard they stay on my downspouts. There are definitely water resistant. They do a good job. I think that for the money, they are well worth it.

The plastic seems pretty thin. I'm concerned it may not last long outside.
