This item worked perfectly for 6 months and then just stopped working. I fully charged it and the liquid in the container is full. When I put my hands in front, there is a noise that the battery is working, but no liquid comes out. I have made sure that there is no blockage in the opening, but still nothing comes out. I was disappointed that it didn’t last longer. I contacted the seller and they said there is a one year warranty and they sent me a new one. Let’s hope the first one was a lemon and that this one lasts longer than 6 months. I am giving this 5 stars for good customer service.

Bought 3 of these. They are really cool but one only lasted 8 months and quit working, then the next lasted a year and a half. So I have one left and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Don’t waste your money.

My family loves this soap dispenser, it looks clean, works great. Easy to use and refill. It holds a charge for a long time, we have several people in the house and wash our hands a lot. I have only charged it one time since the first time. Holds a good amount of soap, releases the perfect amount on the lowest setting. I love that it’s usb rechargeable.

I received this at the end of last year. It worked for about a week and just stopped dispensing, I tried everything. Cleaning it, watering down the soap etc ... And it would work for a little while and then stop. Finally I decided to contact the sellers because I read it had a 12 month warranty. Sure enough I had a new dispenser in no time. It works perfectly. Thanks guys for being so supportive and getting the job done so quickly.

I purchased two of these units. While one held a charge for nearly two weeks, the other only lasted a few days. Since the return window on Amazon had closed, I reached out to the seller directly. After exchanging several emails to confirm I was charging the unit properly, they sent me a replacement at no cost, which I appreciated. Given the battery issues mentioned in other reviews, I hope the manufacturer addresses these concerns. Factoring in both the product’s performance and the responsive customer service, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5

I ordered several of these soap dispensers. One failed just over a year after purchase. YIKHOM stood by their product and replaced the faulty unit. I was pleasantly surprised by a few enhancements made on the new unit. First, the soap buttons offer more choices of soap flow. Second, the unit has some sort of vent that appears to equalize the pressure in the soap compartment. I immediately noticed smoother soap output. The motor is quieter. As far as the design. Same sleek modern look as the original dispenser. Customer service representative Pinky is a true asset. Pinky communicated back and forth to find a remedy for the inoperative dispenser that was not responding to the sensor. I followed the technical help they provided with no avail. I explained that it was just a month past the warranty and Pinky graciously offered to replace the unit. I received the new unit and love the enhancements. Great product and terrific company that cares about their customers - even after the sale.

This is actually our second purchase, the first one was back in 2023, the dispenser worked great for 2 years used everyday all day, so we purchased another in 2025. The second purchase not so great, the dispenser would not adjust flow amount, just stayed on “fast” flow. Contacted customer service which they were very helpful and pleasant, they reissued us a new one ASAP but unfortunately the new replacement one does the exact same thing, just stays on one flow, now it’s in the basement for occasional use instead of my kitchen, better quality one in our kitchen.

It's easy to use and the wonderful thing is that you can turn if off when not in use. Also one can select the amount of soap to be dispensed. Ideal for kitchen!! and elsewhere!
