Grandson loved it
Although this was the least expensive gift my grandson got for his birthday, this was his favorite. Clearly I made a hit at the party with him. after opening all the gifts he wanted to open this and didn't even care about B-day cake. Even his little brother came over and hugged me and said "Thank you".

Damaged package, damaged cards.
Box was damaged, box was not in official konami plastic. almost all the cards were significantly bent and some were dented, packs were resealed (not factory sealed) 0 hits except the two promo cards.

Overall cool Box, but there were Warped Booster Pack Cards
This is a neat box, especially if you're a fan of the original anime. It comes with a new version of the original Starter Deck Yugi from 2002, combining pieces from his initial deck with his Gadget deck. It's a great way to introduce people to the game without overwhelming them with the many different types of summoning (The deck itself doesn't even come with fusion monsters, nor even Yugi's Black Luster Soldier, which is a Ritual summon card). The giant Dark Magician card you get alongside it is really neat as well. The major downfall of this box though, is the booster packs. You get 6 booster packs with 5 cards, 3 packs focused on Yugi's cards, and 3 focused on Kaiba's. The cards themselves are pretty neat, especially if you've been playing since the beginning and like seeing the old cards come back (even if they wouldn't be that great in tournament play). HOWEVER a lot of the cards, for whatever reason, are warped beyond belief. This wouldn't hurt much if you're just collecting, but if you're wanting to resale, be VERY wary. It's very noticable when resting them in a box where you can see warped and non-warped cards side by side. It's a little bit upsetting

This box had all the cards and more my son wanted. He's so excited to finally have all these cards and more! He hasn't put them down since he got them.

The cards come as shown in the box. The starter deck is a set standard of cards, but the 6 packs can have anything in them. I'm happy with the cards I got.

Fantastic deck. Awsome put giant dark magican card on my wall. Perfect nostalga deck if u just want to enjoy the old game without any of the new crap
