Great Protein for Low-Carb Diets
I’ve been using Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Vanilla flavor) for my keto and PSMF (protein-sparing modified fast) diet, and I’m impressed with it overall! The vanilla flavor is mild and not overpowering, which makes it easy to incorporate into various shakes or recipes. I love that it’s zero-carb, lactose-free, and gluten-free perfect for anyone on a strict low-carb or high-protein diet. The 25g of protein per serving is great for muscle recovery, and it’s packed with vitamins, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to support their fitness goals while keeping carbs to a minimum. It also mixes well and has a smooth texture, which is a huge plus when you’re drinking it daily. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that towards the end of the shake, the taste becomes slightly salty if you don’t continue stirring or shaking as you drink. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. If you keep mixing it well, though, this isn’t much of a problem. Overall, I’d recommend this protein powder, especially if you’re following a keto or PSMF plan. The protein quality and minimal carbs make it a top choice in my routine!

You need this in your life! Creamy Vanilla is a must have!
Absolutely delicious! I am on a GLP-1 and also diabetic so I have been looking for something that would boost my protein intake. I mixed it with Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (then added chia seeds and frozen mixed fruit). It was SO delicious. I expected some kind of after taste and for it to be gritty. It blended perfectly. I ended up with creamy texture and delicious flavor. I will definitely repurchase. I highly recommend this, now I want to try the other flavors.

Fueling Gains Without the Guilt
Fueling Gains Without the Guilt Finding a protein powder that ticks all the boxes can feel like a never-ending quest. You want high-quality protein for muscle recovery, but you also want it to taste good, mix easily, and ideally, not be loaded with unnecessary carbs or fillers. As someone who pays attention to macros and tries to keep things clean, I've been through my share of protein powders – some chalky, some too sweet, some that just didn't sit right. I was looking for a pure, effective option, and Isopure Zero Carb 100% Pure Whey Isolate has become my absolute go-to for fueling gains without the guilt. This stuff is exactly what it says on the label: pure whey protein isolate with zero carbs. That's a huge win right there for anyone following a keto diet, watching their sugar intake, or just wanting a clean protein source. The "Creamy Vanilla" flavor is surprisingly good. It's not overly sweet or artificial-tasting; it's a smooth, pleasant vanilla that mixes incredibly well with just water, milk, or blended into a smoothie. No clumps, no gritty texture – just smooth, delicious protein. With 25g of protein per serving, it's a fantastic way to support muscle building and recovery after workouts. I've noticed a real difference in how my muscles feel the day after a tough training session when I get my protein in quickly with Isopure. It absorbs fast and helps kickstart that recovery process. The large 7.5lb container with 110 servings offers incredible value. It lasts a long time, making it a cost-effective choice for daily protein supplementation. Knowing it's lactose and gluten-free is also a big plus for those with sensitivities. Beyond the workout benefits, I also use it as a convenient way to boost my protein intake throughout the day when I need to. It's versatile enough to add to various recipes or just whip up a quick shake. If you're serious about your protein intake, want a clean, zero-carb option that tastes great and mixes perfectly, Isopure Zero Carb is the way to go. It's a high-quality fuel source that supports your active lifestyle and helps you feel confident you're giving your body what it needs. It's become an essential part of my daily nutrition.

Would definitely Recommend
Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate has been a solid protein option for me. I like that it’s lactose free and gluten free, which makes it much easier on my stomach compared to other protein powders. It mixes smoothly with water or almond milk and doesn’t leave a gritty texture. The protein content is high without added sugar or carbs, which is a big plus. It’s also convenient that it includes added vitamins, so it feels like more than just a protein supplement. The flavor is clean and not overly sweet, though some flavors are better than others. The only downside is the priceit, ’s a bit more expensive than standard whey and the taste can be slightly thin since it’s an isolate. Overall, it’s a great option if you want a clean, easy-to-digest protein without extra fillers.

Guilt-Free Pleasure
I'm new to keto and was looking for a low carb afternoon snack to keep me full until dinner time. Ordered Vanilla because I wanted to try different ingredients in smoothies and unlike some of the other Isopure choices, it wouldn't compete with the milder fruit flavors. I've tried fresh-frozen strawberries, blueberries, strawberry-banana, all made with the vanilla, but discovered that the smoothies required more fruit than I wanted to eat at a single sitting. Even tried adding strawberry powder to the fresh strawberries... better, pretty color, but not much strawberry flavor. Another point, though, is that I also add ice cubes and grind them into dust in the vitamix, then add heavy cream to add liquid and fat. Its a dilemma, do I want to add more ice and get a larger portion, but more diluted flavor? Or add fewer cubes and get a richer flavor but smaller portion? My favorite? About 12-14 ice cubes, a heaping tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa, a little granulated swerve (1 tsp), 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 scoops Isopure Creamy Vanilla, and... drumroll here... about 1/4 cup of leftover coffee from the morning pot. Blend in vitamix until no more cubes are crunching around in there and its evenly smooth. The result is a very full flavored chocolate shake. I can't taste the coffee but I think it helps to provide a full, rich flavor. Honestly, I get to enjoy my chocolate shake each day, guilt-free. Delish! Sometimes I think about trying other flavors, but don't think they can beat the vanilla with my cocoa added. My next step will be to pour the leftover coffee into ice trays and freeze. Then will make my own frozen frappucchino treat. Vanilla is quite versatile and makes a great smoothie!

Not the greatest with hot drinks
Love that this is zero carb and zero sugar, good amount of protein, and the taste is good, however, it does NOT mix well with hot drinks. Tends to clump up and makes you have to ‘bite’ it to drink. I’ve tried stirring for 3-5 minutes and you can see it floating at the top, in a blender bottle shaking vigorously for the same amount of time and the clumps get smaller but still don’t ever go away. Would be great except for this. It does blend seamlessly into yogurt though.
