I have a 9x10 office with 12 ft high ceilings how many do I need to help with echo ? And where do I place them ?

There is a decent amount of design to consider but I wouldn’t recommend these for that. Youll need a lot. I would suggest looking at thicker panels and larger. That will stop reflecting sound. Place them on the wall opposite wall of the source. Less quantity on the adjacent ones.

There is no foam absorbing sound inside?

The answer this guy gave (below) is utter nonsense. I watched the installation video and it is obvious this is a hollow thin cardboard/pressed board. Cardboard and air do not trap low frequencies. Air does not trap any frequency unless it is air behind typically 4" of dense material - the space between the back of the panel and the wall. Utter foolishness. "There is no foam inside the Bubos Bass Trap. However that seems to be the genius of the design: an inexpensive way to moderately trap mid bass that foam isn't likely to address. The proof is using your ears. I got one to try out. I could hear the difference in my room simply placing the trap behind me a few feet at about listening height (on a counter top). It helped "clarify my lows - especially when I had the subwoofer on. Speculating, I figure it is pulling down the 200 to 300 hz freqs (the ones that make bass muddy) so the subwoofer sounds clearer."

Does it contain Asbestus?

Asbestos is illegal to use in the USA, and they specifically say that the panels are 100% polyester fiber.
