Works with no issues on RasPi3
Fairly straightforward setup on Rpi3 running Bullseye (v11) arm7l. Install the mbusd package running as a service to support the mbus protocol commonly used on RS485. Can then use a simple Python program (for example) to access devices on RS485.The mbusd can be used by other frameworks, e.g. I'm using a standalone HomeAssistant plugin (without HomeAssistant) to read from a SunSynk inverter and push results to MQTT.
