great item will last a long time
after i have been useing the inflateable neck ones i had 2 of them break within 2 weeks i got fed up of it so i orderd this and well this works great nice strech on the neck comftable etc well worth it

Not enough posterior traction and oor customer service
The device was well built but causes too much neck extension and no posterior traction. I returned it 10 days ago within 1 week of buying and had to pay £12.75 to post it back as no free return post and still no refund
Before You Begin: 1)Please read the manual of neck stretcher carefully. Inappropriate size and wrong operation methods will affect neck traction effect. 2)Be sure to use the included cable to charge the air pump, if you have questions about air pump, tell us.3)You may feel pain and uncomfortable feeling of squeezing when using the cervical traction device, it is normal. But if you feel severe pain, stop using it. At the initial stage, even use only support and no traction (not inflated) .4)Neck traction needs patience, stick with it to see results.

Keep out of reach of children. Check size chart and read manual carefully. Be patient with traction, stick with it to see results. You may feel pain and uncomfortable feeling of squeezing, it is normal. But if you feel severe pain, please stop using it. At the initial stage, don't adjust the back too tight or the sides too high, even use only support and no traction (not inflated) in the early stage. Not suitable for TMJ concerns. Consult your doctor if you are not sure if the traction is possible.
