Helpful. Perimenopause is something drs hadn’t mentioned to me or symptoms. Was feeling self conscious about sores and was always told it was something else. But started looking into dryness and came across this. Not a smell to be had, moisturizes nice, clear and helps a lot. It is quite runny, would like an option of more gel like than straight liquid, but it does get the job done.

This is a great product and I will be ordering more. It does exactly what it says it will do and it is a huge benefit to menopausal women. The moisture level is great and the texture is very nice. It does what it advertises and I feel it was worth the money I paid. I am very satisfied with this and I feel like every woman that goes through menopause should give this a try.

This is the only product that works for atrophy. Wish it came in individual insert dosing as that would make it easier to administer and use.

This product actually caused irritation to my vulva which means it was definitely not what I needed. But if it hadn’t been for that it would have been fine. That sounds silly to say, but the product was moisturizing and didn’t feel sticky on my skin when it dried. But the irritation started out mild and finally it became pretty obvious it was coming from this product and that it wasn’t going to get better. So I didn’t finish the tube even. But it could work for some. Update: I added a star because the company reached out to me and refunded my money. Honestly with customer service like that there is no reason for someone to not try this product. Hopefully it works for those that try.

I highly recommend and absolutely love this product! It is a game changer! I am in perimenopause so I'm starting to experience occasional vaginal dryness for the first time in my life and did not appreciate the impact on intimacy. I discovered this product through a top 10 list by female gynecologists and decided to give it a try. I love it because each applicator tube provides just the right amount and it's very easy to comfortably apply it. It is light, clear in color, feels natural, is not sticky, has no odor and absorbs very nicely. My husband loves it too because it isn't irritating to him and has me ready to go when needed. Also if you are experiencing the occasional dry, scratchy feeling due to perimenopause, it immediately gets rid of that and can soothe for days. This is an all-around amazing product for a great price so I now have a subscription to keep it on hand when I need it!

Nice and easy, but so expensive ! I had an unusual cramping sensation The next day. The amount in each ampule is a little too generous, and not easy to use part of an ampule. I will stick to another aloe product which works well with an insertion Devise and can be measured to suit your needs.

This product worked well with no bad side effects. It goes on as a light liquid that you don't notice ... no stickiness or smell. But the dryness that kept me from riding my bike was gone. I only use every couple of days, so the bottle lasted a long time. I had tried the balm stuff and it didnt wash off in the shower. It continued to feel greasy and I was afraid some kind of bacteria or yeast would form. Also, smelled funky so I never felt clean.
