NICOR Lighting 4 Ft. White 4-Light Linear Track Lighting Kit Complete, H-Type [3-Wire] (10996WH4HEAD)

Haven’t installed the lights just yet because we need to find replacement parts for the broken ones. Two of the black inner rings came shattered in numerous pieces and the sockets that the bulbs screw in to are mounted crooked so it’s very difficult to get the bulbs to screw in. And they now sit cock-eyed in the can. Sure hope they work after we mount them. Not real pleased at the moment. Expected a bit higher quality in packaging. Will send a revised review after installation. So....here’s my revised review. I called Nucor direct. I was transferred immediately to a young man named Bret, explained my problem and he made it right. I am very pleased with the customer service. And our track light works great. Thank you Bret and Nicor. I would highly recommend them to friends and family

One of the black face rings was broken on shipping, other than that it is exactly what I was looking for

Item came LATE! and the box was damaged on both ends with about 20 yards of tape! Needless to say one of the light cones was broken! I returned it for a refund!!

1. Box was not sufficiently strong, so it got roughed up.2. Slight dent in one of the housings.3. Two of the decorative plastic rim mounts were in three pieces that required gluing.4. A bulb that I could not loosen got stuck in one of the sockets. I had to destroy the housing to remove it. The sticking may have been my fault.5. Old fashion design.6. Aluminum wiring and copper strips. Good price, so I got what I paid for.

This is the most wonderful company! They stand behind their product and it looks really great in my kitchen!

i bought 4 of these and have encountered a small army of minor problems, the decorative plastic was cracked into pieces right out of the box in about 1/4 of the cans, The housing was visibly not round, It's my first time buying track light so i can't compare the quality with other track lights, but considering that they're nothing more than metal cylinders, one would expect better workmanship, like come on, how hard can it be to make a non load-bearing plastic that will not crack when it's banged up a bit during shipment?

Track lighting system was exactly what we wanted; look great and work well. The first box had broken lighting cans that were evidently damaged in transit. The replacement track lighting was shipped expeditiously.

Great product that is easy to install and looks great - certainly a good value for money. It is also sturdy, and NOT flimsy!
