1st photo shows USB charged. 2nd shows how MS Teams should look for calls. This is awesome, compatible with MS Teams and my cell phone at the same time. I changed noise canceling from default settings to High. (Sorry in advance for TMI) I'm a supervisor, so between all day Team meetings, one of my reps or my manager calling my cell sometimes I have to jump up, go potty, flush, wash hands, all without being detected 😅. High noise cancelation makes sure all that stays private, and my manager and team still feel like they have my undivided attention. Because breaks do not exist in my world, or uninterrupted lunches. They also can't hear me eating during lunch and learning sessions when I flip my mic up, which is great in between when I need to speak and when I don't (Going on mute can signal non participation in meetings). Quick tip from my lesson learned, use it for freedom of work only. The option to toggle between Teams and your cell is perfection 🥰. But the headset shut down on me right before my meeting. I made it from 8:30am to 12:50pm, and had to switch back to my cord headset. I charged it all night prior to use. Device will not work while plugged into charger, I tried. I feel like I could have made it all 8 hours if not for toggle back and forth to my cell.

I bought this headset as I work from home as a customer service representative, and the headset the company gave me was wired, and I needed one that was wireless as I have a 1 year that sometimes needs my attention while I am on a call or working, so I needed a wireless headset that I could keep on in case I got a call. I could attend to my son if it were needed.Connectivity:I've had this headset for 6 months (in a couple of days) and it's still a pretty nice headset for the price. I can walk a pretty far distance before it disconnects me. A lot of reviews are complaining about the Bluetooth connectivity, I don't have any issue with it. I plug the dongle into the laptop and make sure that the headset is selected as my audio device in my laptop settings and it works just fine. Sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it back in as with audio will disconnect, so that's a little frustrating, but it's not like a huge deal.Battery Life:Now I work in customer service, so I have my headset on, 8+ hours a day, and I still don't have any issues with the battery life. I think I plug the headset in every other day. Not because it's dead but I'd rather not risk being on a call and then my headset dying. I think the longest I've gone is a few days without plugging it in tbh.Noise Cancellation:As for the noise cancellation, it works pretty well (as far as my coworkers have told me). My son's room is adjacent to my office, and sometimes he can be pretty noisy. I called a coworker's extension to see if she could hear him, and she said that she couldn't, so there's that as far as the noise cancellation.Overall, it's a good headset. If you need it for work purposes, it's worth it. Here's to another 6 months of a good headset.

Got this wireless headset few days ago and it has been surprisingly incredible for its price. Pretty perfect match with all my conference platforms. USB Dongle is easy to setup and plug-and-play, which is a common issue of many headsets.I would say the sound quality is quite damn great and clean for its price. Headset is covered by lots of soft materials and adjustable which is comfy for people like me who wears em for whole day. Also super convenient that I can pair it to 2 devices at the same time as well.Overall a very lovely headset which I gotta say is worth for its price.

Title sorta says it all. I bought this September 2023 and it was in use daily from Sept 2023 to January 2024 before I took a leave from work. It sat on my desk from Jan-July of 2024 and now in August the mic won't work. Tried all the things to get it to work. And when I went to the website for the brand to check on the warranty (which I am within) I got zero response. Was nice while it lasted but I'm mad I wasted the money.DEC 2024 UPDATE: they did send me a replacement in September 2024 but it is now Dec 2, 2024 and mic stopped working again. You can only trouble shoot where Amazon has preloaded dummy options like turn it off and on etc.So you can't do anything do get a warranty replacement unless you leave a bad review.

They lasted like 6 months before the blue tooth/speakers started to cut in and out. Went for a different blue tooth head phone now that works great.

Purchased these for a new job. The first week of training, I used them for 8 hours a day and the battery lasted for 4 days befire needing to be recharged. I'm on week 3 of using them and the battery barely lasts 1 full day of use.Update 12/19/23The company reached out and sent a new headset that is holding charge a lot better.

I am using this headset with my HTC Vive VR headset, and it works great! The USB wireless adapter connects to one of the USB port of the HTC Vive VR headset. This makes it so I have less wires to deal with when playing VR games.

I bought these to replace a wired set of headphones that plugged into a laptop's USB port. With these headphone, I can wander around, like I tend to do when on a handset, and not be limited by the length of the cord. I've used these to headphones to listem to the TV, conference calls, music on my phone, and take phone calls. Range is about 60 feet. Beyond that, it starts to cut out a little. The headphones tell you when you're muted and when the power is low. I use them all day and only once have been told the battery is getting low (I leave them charging overnight when using them). When turning on, it gives you a 'Connected" voice for each device it connected to (I only use it for 2 devices at a time). If it doesn't connect to the dongle the first time, just pull the dongle out of the USB port and put it back in and it connects to the headset.
