Poor Quality
Everything from the blurry, photocopied directions to the quality of the board and seat were of very poor quality. The directions were nearly impossible to decipher give the poor quality of the photocopied directions that look like they came out of someone’s almost out of ink printer. The packaging was missing several pieces of hardware. After one ride by a not at all large eight year-old, the Velcro strap broke and shredded sending my nephew toppling to the ground as the hoverboard spun in circles. I absolutely do not recommend this item.

Perfect for kids
All three of my kids love their hoverboard and the option of the chair is super helpful especially in the beginning of them getting used to it. Love that they connect to Bluetooth .

Awful instruction manual
Overall I’m happy with the product, but the “instructions” to assemble are awful- there is no instruction at all- just small photos- it took doing a YouTube search for similar products to figure out how to put it together.

Great
I bought this actually. I bought two of them from my mailman 's Christmas list for the kids on his route who need help for Christmas. He does it every year. Well I never saw these in use. My mailman put them together and charged them before he drop them off so Santa Claus could deliver them. He said they were great.

Frustrating
Go cart attachment just makes the board beep over and over. The arms to drive it need constant adjusting as they scrape in the concrete when you let go and loosen with driving.
