Worked great for a vinyl hood decal
I bought a brand new car that had a hood decal that was faded. I use this on the decal and it brought it back to life and it lasted for a long time and now I just touch it up whenever I go to get it washed and it looks brand new. I plan to use this on all of the black plastic on the outside of the car as well. It is a great deal and a good product.

Best dressing-style plastic restorer I've found.
This is the best dressing-style plastic restorer I have used. By "dressing-style", I mean that it's easy to use and non-permanent (i.e. it's not a coating). I had been using Meguiar's Ultimate Black for a long time on a Jeep Wrangler with very faded fenders. It works well and leaves a very natural or "OEM" appearance. However, the Meguiar's only seems to leave the plastic looking perfect for about a week. I park outside, and hot sun and rain seem to wash it away quickly. The Car Guys plastic restorer leaves a very similar OEM finish, but seems to last about twice as long (2 weeks looking perfect, and then slowly fading). I found it from the Repair Geek YouTube channel, who had similar results - it was the longest-lasting dressing. There are longer lasting alternatives, most notable Cerakote restorer wipes, but I'm not crazy about how shiny it leaves the plastic. I have also seen several reviews saying that it's tricky to install without high spots or streaks. Since it's a coating, if you mess it up, you're stuck with the bad results for potentially months. Note: Application matters! I've found that with both Car Guys and Meguiar's, you have to apply it generously and let it soak in. For really trashed plastic (like my Jeep), it takes 2 - 3 applications the first time you apply it. Also, it is helpful to apply indoors. If you apply it and the trim gets wet before it cures (such as from overnight dew), it will not bond. I apply a lot, let it soak in for at least 30 minutes (hours if possible), repeat as needed, and then wipe it off several times with microfiber towels. If it looks uneven, weird, or it still feels wet, keep wiping. Eventually it will level out and look great. I'll try to update with a photo later if I can.

Plastic restoration after winter weather
Surprised, this stuff works better than I had expected, I followed their instructions and used it on my hard car mats and all the plastic moulding around the doors and trunk compartment. It is miraculous. Basically restored it like new. Very easy to apply. Great product. Highly recommended. I’m going to try their other products for sure

This product is a must!
I purchased this to revitalize the rubber pieces on my carry on suitcase. It worked really well and bought them 100% back to life. They were starting to get that dry-rot look. The product worked perfectly and completely fixed the issue. I’m smell sensitive and I didn’t notice any over powering or unpleasant smell. It was very easy to work with and clean after it was done being applied. It’s also not sticky which I was worried about. The product didn’t have a color it just perfectly restored the color of the plastic/rubber. The bottle itself is well made and I’m not worried about it leaking. I’m very glad I purchased the restorer. I highly this product for anyone looking to extend the life and looks for their products that make rubber or plastic on them. The pictures are from after a week of travel. None of the rubber looks faded anymore, Car Guys Plastic Restorer was amazing on my Louis Vuitton suitcase.

It works AMAZING and lasts.
Completely restored my hood decal and all the exterior plastics on my 2018 Trailhawk. I thought I was taking care of it by running it through the car wash every couple weeks but after a year of doing so, the exterior was really aging quickly. The soaps are full of chemicals and decreases that over time, dry out the plastics & strip the wax off the paint. My hood decal was a lighter gray & patchy spotted areas made it look so old. The body shop charges $700+ to replace it or I could have attempted to do it myself for $200. I tried other products which either didnt work, didnt last & two of them made it look way worse. This was the last product I was going to try & I was shocked. I followed the instructions exactly but only worked on a small section of te decal. After the first application I saw a huge difference so I did another and then work the product into the entire decal. AMAZING!!! I ended up doing a total of 3 applications, which wasnt hard. The decal now looks brand new! I was so excited to use it on all the gray plastics because the results were nothing short of amazing. My car looks brand new again. And I saved a ton of money not having to replace the decal. Also, a little really does go along way here so I still have a ton of product left in the bottle. Thank you, thank you!!!

Sub-par
I think it is sub-par. My opinion does not restore to a true new black finish. Will not purchase again after it is used.

This stuff is great! 👍
This stuff works and it's not a dye... It's a light greyish cream but it works and stays whatever color it's bringing back to life. It doesn't make a crazy difference immediately, but after it stays on a little while you will see. I put it on two faded greyish plastic corners that sit above my chrome bumper on my semi, and the next day they were a nice deep black color and boy was I surprised since I thought they were grey. I put a second coat on for good measure and that was two weeks ago with no fading whatsoever. I had originally bought another product that made my fingers black because of the dye but it was junk and didn't work. I wasn't happy when I noticed this new stuff was a cream, but I have been pleasantly surprised ever since! Finally a product that does what it says 👍

Worked really well in the interior trim of my car. Followed instruction video found on the QR code from the bottle. Wiped the interior clean after applying the product 4 times and it’s still shiny. Doesn’t come off easily.

Was really happy at first, turned my old faded bumpers into like new. But no matter how many times or coats I applied it would always come off after a few days of rain.
