Well, I can definitely say the hot flashes are gone. Thinking that I might have to wait a couple of months before I notice other things. Wish they would use easier ways to stick it onto something instead of coated paper. I had to throw away some because the paper backing came off onto the supplement. I use other supplements and they use different backing (placed on some kind of plastic for easy removal).
