Can you turn off all the display icons besides speed?

No you can't . Also, the speed on my unit reads high. At 70mph by my GPS, this unit reads 74. I bought this unit only for the direction display, as my car has no compass.

Is there a monthly fee on the GPS service? And does the company who produces it sell your track data?

no GPS service for this unit,just a speedmeter.

Is it possible to turn off the buzzer icon, #6, so that it does not light up?

Yes，Dial down for 2 seconds to close the buzzer,Dial again it will keep on.

Descriptions say this gps is for 24 volt systems. is it also compatible with 12 volt sockets?
