I like the machine, it's nice looking and works well. I didnt receive a remote with mine. Unfortunately I didn't realise it would only run when connected via a USB. I then bought power banks, to allow me to use it without a computer. The lead that comes with it is very short too.

It’s was amazing but it just stopped working

Do not waste your money on this the effect is great but it ruined my table as the way it works means all the mist just flows down not up so all the moist Vapor soaks the table or surface you put it on so not good at all can’t believe nobody has mentioned this in reviews as my table was wood so it was on for two hours I run my others for 8 hours without any issues but this soaked the table and due to the oil mixed in just ruined it please don’t bother it looks good but you just can’t use it as the mist just rolls down onto the surface !!!

Lovely product! We placed this little diffuser under our fireplace as due to living in a flat converted Victorian house we are not able to have a real fire - this item looks great and really does provide an optical illusion of flames. Well worth the money.

Looks really cool in the living room haven't seen something like it before. It doesn't seem very strong the scent even with a lot of oils in. It's subtle I guess good if you don't like overpowering smells. I'm definetley happy with it and would reccomend it Only problem is it goes off without it having ran out of water and not overfilled? Just a recent thing it's doing. Maybe it's something I'm doing.
