I opened and used the clear glaze, but the product is defective. No matter how much I stirred, the lumps would not dissolve, and it left crystal-like residue on the surface, ruining my work. A normal product should not do this way. It seems like I received an old or improperly stored item. I would like to return it. Very disappointed.

This glaze RUINED the four pieces I used it on. Even after thoroughly mixing with a milk frother, it left white clumps on the them. Will never use again.
