Effective Calming Alternative to Prescription Meds
Bought some on the recommendation of my dog's veterinarian. Doggo becomes highly agitated every time we walk into the vet and stays in panic mode the entire visit, regardless of what's happening. Gave her 4 drops in a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt 1 hour before an appointment. She weighs 50 pounds. Although she wasn't calm, I'd say her agitation level was about half what it normally is. Will bump up 2 more drops each visit until I find the correct dose for her.

Works pretty well
This product works for me when I get up during the night. It does not put me to sleep initially, but helps me go back to sleep MOST of the time. This will work better for some people than others - I have a high drug tolerance so the fact that it works at all for me is saying something.

I recently discovered this Bach line a few days ago, and I’m very impressed.Each essence is designed to help restore mental energy and emotional balance. They come in a dark brown colored glass bottle. I appreciate that the formula contains no alcohol. It is also free from artificial ingredients, which is a huge plus for me.It has a nice, sweet taste that makes it super easy for me to take it straight in the mouth. I have loved using this in addition to Yoga Nidra, other supplements and other practices for anxiety.With a panic disorder, it is all too easy to solely depend on prescription medication - But for me, I really enjoy having other things I can do and have in my toolbox. 🧰 The price is right.
