Good product and clear picture quality

Though the camera successfully establishes a connection with the WiFi router, but it encounters a recurring issue of disconnection and subsequent reconnection every 10-15 seconds. This problem, however, does not manifest when linked to an alternative WiFi router. Regrettably, the root cause of this behavior remains elusive despite my efforts. Regrettably, the customer support provided no resolution, and it appears many other users are grappling with identical concerns. The camera curiously vocalizes the phrases "disconnected from WiFi" and "connecting to WiFi" each time it establishes or re-establishes its connection. This quirk is somewhat perplexing, given the desire for discreet security camera operation. A simple in-app notification would suffice in this regard. There is no way you can mute this announcement. Although equipped with motion tracking capabilities, the camera's performance in this area leaves much to be desired. Notably, it does not consistently return to its original position once movement ceases, prompting me to disable this feature via the app. Additionally, an unsettling occurrence transpired over the past two nights, wherein the camera autonomously adjusted its position slightly. Consequently, the recorded footage proved futile until manually restored to its initial orientation. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable. Regrettably, the camera's night vision capabilities fall short of expectations. The resulting imagery is marred by excessive graininess and a lack of digital noise reduction (DNR). Nighttime video quality appears lackluster and is exclusively viable within confined spaces or when supplemented with additional lighting. It is essential to note that outdoor use, even in shaded areas, is not advised due to the camera's lack of weatherproofing. The camera's remote repositioning via the app yields instantaneous physical movement of the lens. However, the accompanying video feed experiences significant lag, rendering precise control via the app challenging. Establishing a connection to the video stream proves inconsistent, characterized by laggy performance and an approximate 50% success rate. Subsequently, repeated attempts are often necessary via the app to achieve a successful connection. Last but not the least...the camera stopped working within 6 months of use and the customer care is of no use. Service center in Kerala is at Kochi and I have to spend more money to repair than the cost of the camera. So now I am using this as dummy camera. My sincere advice, please do not by this brand.... there are many brands who give replacement guarantee for 2 yrs... this camera is not worth. They have very few service centers and they refuse to replace

DO NOT BUY. Cp plus camera has lot of bugs, the camera that I bought 4mp but the quality is not that great, application is too pathetic, example there is a feature to save the site but it always change whenever you want to see the position you marked, the time that showed in the live camera is random, won't show the appropriate Time. Night vision is very very bad, literally you can't see anything. You must turn on the light. Then please don't subscribe to cloud, which is next level, when your camera is offline then you cannot see the recording, really not sure if these are the feature or not working for my device alone. I had other brand camera, 3 times cheaper than this one but works brilliant. When we tried to use made in india product the quality is too bad with expensive price. Please do not buy CP plus wifi camera models and waste your money. I had to buy this because we see only this brand available online. Better visit some local stores and buy some brand after testing the feature.

At first i felt product is very worst lag, not responding, connecting issues but it’s not camera issue it’s Internet issue I relocated my Wi-Fi then it’s working Very good if Internet is not available then also it records everything in memory card after Internet back we see everything very good no doubt go and buy.

Good product, app stability is good , facing some problem when ever I turn turn camera to the left side it does not rotate faced multiple times , clarity not as clear as mine xiaomi 2k camera which can read number plate from 20 ft height I have connected camera using lan cable which give me 99 % internet strength, night vision is decent, 👎👎 First of all i camera got delivered without any packaging and safety for camera, I got it in camera box where it was on bike I can see the camera picture on it , without any amazon brown box , if camera had fallen i don't know , this is disappointing from amazon and the seller. When rotating it not smooth it jitter while rotating. Adapter I got inside the box is not working it was weak , turn off the camera after few hours by itself and some times it fluctes and turn on and off the camera because of which the camera rotates in 180 degree behind, and when you see the camera recording you will notice that camera had not recorded any thing because it got rotated behind and you will see the wall where you have installed, because of faulty charging adapter i have purchase different adapter which costs around 1000 rs samsung adapter The lan port where lan cable inserts is loose, it disconnectes even with slight movement by wind. Remainder Plug the camera on switch board after 24 hrs without interrupting, and see if it is working smoothly or not , it anything happens return it immediately
