Can I use these to apply gun grease like Frog Lube?

Yes. I bought them for a number of lubricants: White Lithium grease, Anti-sieze dielectric grease, Rust Inhibiting Grease, etc. They work great. Granted, 18 ga. is about the smallest needle i'd want to push grease through, but it gives you control for precise dispensing.

Are these adequate (will work) using with wood glue on various cracks, breaks and etc? Will the applicator hold enough glue?

Yes, it works well with CA glue as long as you clean the nozzle before trying to use them again. I use 24 gauge wire inserted into the tube helps keep them open

Are these syringes safe to use for dōterra essential oils & are these made from bpa free plastic?

I would assume BPA free. But as long as your not storing the oild for a long time, it wouldnt affe t the quality of your oils
