I'm surprised and a disappointed that the extreme shortcomings of oral bio availability are more prevalent. Zetpil albeit pricey makes an extreme difference and is among few competitive commercially available products that cater to the informed. Compared to oral products Zetpil is worth every penny and biologically makes a significant difference.
