Our kitties love this and it really helped curve the scratching on the leather furniture. We have never had our cats claw on leather, which is why we always purchase it, but for some reason our newly adopted cats started doing so. This is the 3rd one of this particular scratcher we have ordered. It is sturdy. Easy to put together. The cats seem to like the up and down “L” formation better than the other posts throughout the house. We have numerous kitties, so it only lasts around 6 months of scratching. The ball is also entertaining and seems to attract them to the post.

Love this. Very easy to put together. My cats love it. I have gotten 3 of them over time. Perfect height for my cats. I place my up against a wall, with the 2 stoppers on top and the 4-rubber silicone grips on the bottom it keeps it in place. But if the cat is having a Zombie Day and wants to make it rock and roll, they will be able to move it from the wall a little. It is sturdy, from kitten to cat. My cats are attracted to it, but I started out by putting cat treats on it at first.

It was easy to setup, and my two cats love it. My girl cat is long and heavy and she uses it without knocking it over. You can flip the scratcher inserts so the cats can use both sides which is great with both cats using it. Fukumaru also sells refills, so it's easy to change out the cardboard bits for fresh scratching.

This cat scratcher was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. My cats however still prefer to scratch up my carpet and furniture. As long as your cats aren’t stubborn like mine, this should work for you.

We adopted a new cat recently, and she came in pretty anxious and unsure of everything. I was hoping this would give her a good place to scratch, but it ended up being her new favorite spot to sleep, as well. She took to this almost right away. The L shape seems to make her feel tucked in and secure, so she uses it for scratching, lounging, and just hanging out. It kind of became her little safe spot in the house, and I really do think it helped her settle in. Seeing her stretched out on it and acting relaxed for the first time was a big deal. She's asleep on it right now! It also seems sturdy for cardboard, and it’s a nice size. I like that it gives them both a vertical and horizontal surface to use, because cats can be weirdly specific about that. The little ball toy is a cute extra too. This helped turn a nervous newly adopted cat into a comfy, affectionate member of the family, and that makes this one feel extra special. 🥹

With a house of 2 cats, it lasted about 8 months before we had to replace it with a new one. Cats loved it! Came with a tiny cat toy too! Very worth it. Take about 10 mins to put together.

Product was very easy to put together and my cats love it! Definitely saving the sides of my furnture. There are also small round adhesive pads that you place on the back and underneath to protect the wall and floor! A plus!!

My 2 kittens are all over this scratcher! They love trying to get at the ball with a bell in it. Great entertainment watching them while providing a healthy place for them to scratch. Would highly recommend. Easy to put together.

The cat loves it but the scratched cardboard makes a real mess as the 'flakes' get everywhere. I also hope it's non-toxic because the cat also chews on the cardboard flakes.

The mostly important thing is that Charlie uses the board every day. It is supported against the wall so is suitable for a large 5 year old Tom cat and is saving other areas of the house from further plucks/scratches !
