I got this cable for 2010 E500, and it seems to work fine, Plugs to media port. i paired with Bluetooth module i bought from Ebay before, and both provide Bluetooth music streaming and hands free. Nice and cheap solution (under $50 NZD) which works same as MB BT unit they offered for $1000NZD

Didn't fit on my 2008 Mercedes Benz C300
Was excited about being able to get the aux audio to my C300 from my Samsung Galaxy Note9 through my MPOW bluetooth receiver. IT DIDN'T FIT the iPod MMI connection coming out from the benz. What a let down. :(

It did not work for my particular vehicle but the situation has been corrected.
I am amending my rating because the seller was very responsive and made the situation right. This seller is very concerned about the customer being happy so I applaud him/her for that. That's what I call customer service. So I do recommend this seller, just make absolutely sure that your vehicle is compatible. I ordered this for my 2013 Mercedes C250 which was listed as a compatible vehicle. However, once I received the item and plugged it in, the car stereo says nothing connected. I mean if the audio plug is plugged into the audio jack of my phone or MP3 player, it should recognize sound coming in. I don't know if the issue is with the cable itself or with my car stereo, but either way, this is not compatible with this model of car.

Phone charge super slow, but it keeps it from running out of power. (Not sure that that had anything to do with this product... Just so you know.)

Exactly What I Was Looking For
I have a 2013 Mercedes which required this plug in order to play my old iPod nano through the Command unit. With the dual plug, it will also play my iPod touch which was a bonus.
