I am overjoyed with this product, and it has many colors to choose from! I was looking for a 'beaded' curtain and came across these and the price was extremely reasonable. I have several areas in my home that product can enhance; they do NOT look cheap at all! They look like very expensive and beautiful pieces that will surely enhance any doorway in your home! I purchased this red, and my carpeting is actually burgundy, but it matches flawlessly. I was worried because they are so fine, that they will tangle easily, especially with kitty kat companions. Yet, they don't bother them at all, and if they get stuck together you just run your fingers down from top to bottom and they effortlessly untangle and lay like new. When I opened the package and saw that they were folded over itself, was very nervous it would tangle from box to hanging, this was not the case at all. I wasn't sure how to hang them, I didn't see instructions on the webpage, but it works well with a curtain rod, if you would like them flush to the wall, I simply took a top metal piece of a screen and cut it to length, threaded the curtain hole through it, and nailed through the thin inside portion of the "screen" frame. On on each side and one in the middle. I used two to hang over my office door - which was 48 inches long - they look beautiful, and if you order this like I did, and you have the extra room you can just scrunch them closer together, and it is a bit thicker. This is in my meditation room, and with candles, Reiki music playing and candles lit; it is a very serene and romantic setting. Yes, I will be purchasing more of these, and will also make sure it is from the same seller - they take pride in what they do, all the way to packaging - and the price is well worth it! It looks so much more expensive than it was. Now, these are not BEADS - these are cloth thick threads, intertwined with a silver similar type of thread, make it very difficult to tear. I got caught on something and it didn't tear or break. The strength I think is found in the top with a thicker, section and quantity of threads. I ordered a beige one as well, for my bathroom which is a much smaller door opening, at 24 inches. and this too is very elegant and matches my lavender and beige decor. Pleasantly surprised with this product!

These are the coolest, prettiest way to help add some color and uniqueness to your home! I've never seen anyone I know have anything close to these. They don't make noise like the beads do. They don't get tangled. Super light weight. Till I get a rod, I just have one tacked up on my bedroom door framing it. It adds a elegant way to make my bland apartment look and feel special. I love it so much I ordered 4 more to put on my bedroom curtains that are sort of sheer to add privacy but not use another curtain. That way the purple of my curtains can still show through and the black and silver threads will allow air flow with ease. They did come with many threads different lengths, but that's not anything that bothers me. You can easily trim them if you want. With several colors to choose from, you could find at least one that would fit into your decor. Grab these while they are less than $11!!! You will be happy you did. They arrive in a bag and they are so smooth, there are no tangles when you get them. Easy peasy to put up too. Just adore these!!

I felt I needed a change from my drab sheer curtains. When I saw these glimmering string curtains on Amazon I thought it would be just the thing to perk up our living room and bedroom, and they are! What's also so amazing is that you hang them right out of the package; no ironing necessary. I wanted to make sure you can at least hand wash them and got a response from the seller within 24 hours that they are hand washable and that if I had any more questions to be sure to contact them. Great customer service. I ordered two panels each for my 48" windows just to check them out and have since ordered and extra panel for each as they look too skimpy. How many panels you need to order will depend on how much privacy you want. My husband and I like that you can still see the environment (we have lots of trees) and can see much clearer than the sheer curtains. Plus, they sparkle in the sun! I decided to cut them to the bottom of the window frame and it only took a few minutes. Just line up a clump of string with the scissors to the bottom of the frame and cut. They look beautiful and will be easier to wash when needed.

These are the coolest curtains. I wanted something for a doorway that would let cool air from an air conditioned room to be able to flow into the room next to it but with some privacy. This is the perfect solution and it keeps with my boho design.

These curtains are absolutely beautiful—truly a gorgeous, ethereal touch to any space. However, they tangle so easily, to the point that they became more of a hassle than a decor piece and I had to remove and dispose of them. If you have young children or pets, I’d strongly caution against them. Our dogs got caught in them more than once, and I can see how they could pose a safety risk for little ones as well. If you’re in a child- and pet-free home and willing to deal with occasional detangling, they might be perfect. But for a busy household? Probably not the best fit.

I just moved into a very small apartment, and I hung these in the entrance to the hallway that leads to my bedroom and bathroom as a way to create a little privacy. That way, if I have company, they can't easily see into those rooms from the living room. Plus, I've just always wanted a string curtain since I was a kid! I loved the look of this particular curtain from the photos, and my favorite color is purple, and this product did not disappoint! It looks exactly like the photos in the listing. It is a beautiful light purple. I originally ordered three, but wanted a more dense curtain, so ordered two more. The color does vary slightly, it seems like just on the thick, puffy strings, I ended up with three darker ones and two lighter ones. This didn't bother me much. I just alternated them; dark, light, dark, light, dark, and it looks like a pattern. Overall though, it's not that immediately noticable. You can see the variants if you look closely at my pictures. Some people have complained about big differences in the length between separate curtains. You can see in my pictures that all five of mine are generally the same length, fortunately, although they are not perfectly straight across. All the puffy strings are much longer, and there is slight variation in the thinner strings. You can easily just cut them to make them even. I decided that I like the look of mine, so I left them the way they are. I used a tension rod to hang them. If you get more than five, I suggest getting a thicker rod. The five that I have on the thinner rod I bought are a little weighty and are slightly bowing the rod. If I decide to get more for a more dense look, I will replace the rod with a thicker one. For added decoration, I bought two purple tassels, made in India, and hung them on either side of the string curtain. I have a life-long obsession with tassels and fringe! I took pictures from both sides of my curtain. A few more notes... if you have pets, be careful that they are not chewing on these, which could pose a danger. I was afraid that my cats would not leave these alone, but surprisingly, they are. These also have a bit of chemical smell when you take them out of the package. It fades with time. These are coming from China, so be patient with the wait time. I think it took about three weeks for me to receive the first order I placed, and about a month for the second order. I did not take off any stars for the long wait time because this is normal when something is coming directly from the opposite side of the planet. I am extremely elated with these string curtains and highly reccomend them!!!
