Baahubali 2: The Conclustion

A baby is found in the river by a village that lives at the bottom of a gigantic waterfall. He is adopted, named Shivudu, and not told of his history. Shivudu (played by Prabhas) spends his life trying to climb to the top of the waterfall. When he finally succeeds, he finds the large kingdom of Mahishmati, and falls in love with a girl (played by Tamannaah) from a rebel group who are trying to rescue their queen from Mahishmati's evil king. Shivudu, brave and fearless, vows to rescue the queen himself.Despite the predictable plot, this Telugu action-drama is all around fantastic. The acting was solid, the scenery and settings gorgeous, and the music (songs and incidental) excellent. Some of the CGI animals weren't fully credible, but the rest of the CGI usage looked natural and impressive. The action scenes generally looked believable, and were always exciting. Overall, for viewers comfortable with violent action films, this is a movie not to be missed.

Cross an Avengers/Marvel/DC comics film with Lord of the Rings & THEN make it a musical... presto! Bahubali 2! It amazes me how SO much drama, comedy, action, & adventure can be put into one epic film (be ready to sit a while or watch in installments - it's LONG, but you won't mind because it SO good) by Bollywood, but don't forget to buy Part 1 to go with this Part 2 Conclusion!! Of course, buy BOTH!! "I laughed, I cried, it moved me, Bob" (nod to VeggieTales; yes, I enjoy them too) so if you like Bollywood in general & speak Hindi and/or don't mind reading subtitles (no, it's not dubbed into English), I HIGHLY recommend Bahubali 2!!!

I too waited for this sequel for two years, and I am not disappointed. If you think The Beginning was good, you will be in awe of the Conclusion. Most sequels fail to meet your expectations not so with Bahubali the Conclusion. Everything was awesome, the retelling of the essential parts of the Beginning so that the viewer could understand the characters and the storyline were more than adequate. The costumes were gorgeous as were all of the main characters. The love between Devasena and Bahubali touched your heart. The battle scenes were fantastic. Please watch this movie. No wonder it is one of India's greatest films!

Just as good as the first with lots of colors, powerful music, and over-the-top action that I love about these Bollywood films. Amazing sets, a huge cast of extras, and the infinite screen presence of the characters. I love how it's brightly lit and how they use slow motion. It's movie magic at its best. A tragic fairy tale but amazingly told. I will be buying these on disc.

If you want a movie that has great songs , action and innovative fight scenes . This movie has it all . This is just one in a series of two. The anticipation for two to come out was almost unbearable . You have to like foreign films with subtitles .. but you won't be disappointed . This is the biggest blockbuster southern India has ever produced .. ( well besides the conclusion .. part two ) you won't be disappointed! Prabhas is an amazing actor !

Excellent film, the whole family watched, and they generally pass on subtitled films, and my wife hates subtitles.

In the theater I thought that this was the best show I had ever seen. Then when I watched it on here, I forgot how good the show was. It's everything a movie should be: epic, romantic, funny, intriguing, no cursing or nudity, good moral to the story (lots of violence though). Highly recommend this film. However the Amazon subtitles are terrible. It maybe difficult to follow if you havn't already seen the film (which had better subtitles in theaters).

Bought this DVD from this seller and couldn't wait to watch it after seeing part one several years ago. The movie is long and I got slightly half way through and it started freezing up, sometimes my DVD player would free it after several seconds otherwise I had to use the skip on my remote (fast forward didn't help), I was missing small bits of the movie which was really aggravating and then it happened - it stopped playing completely stuck in one spot until my DVD player stopped playing, now I missed the second half of the movie and probably the best parts. After removing the DVD and examining it I found several small scratches and one deep one. I returned it the next day for a refund and left the seller poor feedback. There was no way I could have caused the scratches because it came out of the case and put right in my player, and I never touch the play side of a DVD. I was waiting for the seller to contact me but they never did, if I could have reviewed with 0 stars I would have!
