Great product
Did a lot of research before choosing this brand as it had all the mushroom types at the right mg to be effective. Eco packaging and so far seems to be working definitely feel like I have more energy and less stressed.

Great Mushroom Complex that we find helps our immunity!
This is the second or third lot of this Mushroom Complex I have bought and will continue to buy as I am very pleased with it. It doesn't say it is from the fruiting body of the mushroom on the packaging but it does in the description online and which I believe makes it a better more potent product. It certainly seems to help both my mum and my immunity!
