My favorite! Cold as heck when you apply it, but effective relief lasts all night. Try the lavender scented- you still smell biofreeze but there is a distinct lavender smell that’s really pleasant if you’re using it on your neck or shoulders. No sticky residue when you remove, and really nice to be able to dress immediately after application without worrying about clothing stains.

Best product ever. I use for muscle pains. I had rotator cuff surgery and reversed shoulder surgery and I used this for the pain for years. I rate it the most amazing product ever. I cut patch in half it stays on all day and isn’t sticky. Doesn’t really smell at all. And works!!!!

Biofreeze is amazing. We’ve used the other products and they’re okay. Biofreeze knocks it out of the park. We have the rollerball; lotion and patches. Yep! My back will seize up after strenuous activities and Biofreeze, a heat pack and an anti inflammatory are all I need to feel better again. I’ve put the patches on my lower back in the morning and still feel some relief by afternoon. The stickiness is not gummy. It sticks without residue. It will stay on for a couple of days, if it doesn’t get wet. It’s more durable than other brands and truly stays in place. Additionally, I work with physical therapists and this is the same stuff they use on patients. Yes, it’s a little more pricey than other brands but it works better and stays on better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have tried various products over the years for neck pain. Biofreeze works. I have been using these patches at night for more than 5 years. The patches provide relief without getting the product on your clothes, in your hair, sheets, etc. Some reviews mention they don’t stick well. I have found that putting the patch on after a shower works great. I gave it only 4 stars because of the price, not the quality of the product.

I bought the Biofreeze Overnight Pain Relief Patches for my teen, who practices hard at cheer. Her muscles hurt after practice, but she feels much better after using these patches. Highly recommend for sore muscles and aches!

I've used BioFreeze products for years and they work really well. The only reason I gave a three-star review for this item is because I was sent EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!! I ordered these on February 12, 2024. When I received them and checked the expiration date, I was horrified to see that they had expired on February 7, 2024, A WEEK BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER!! I used them anyway and they provided some pain relief. From now on, I will purchase these in person from a store where I can see the expiration date! .
