Is the rake aluminum as well as the scoop?

When I ordered it, I believed it was but it is not. It is a heavy gauge plastic or some sort. Seems sturdy though. Felt misled by "all aluminum" claim though.

Are the handles wood?

Before you accuse someone of being "WRONG" you should consider that the manufacturer could have misrepresented their product, or shipped an incorrect set to a consumer. My answer is the same as when I posted it. The product that I was shipped DOES NOT have wood anywhere on the handles.

What is the size of the pan? Would you consider it sufficient for a 64 lbs husky? Thank you.

It is approximately 6 x 6.....more narrow in the back than the front. I have a 20 lb. dog and it's large enough for me to "pick up" every day one time.

Are the handles one sold piece?

Yes on both pieces handles are solid into scooper & rake.
