I am so so pleased with this storage bench. Like other customers I was really impressed by the quality, the ease of assembly and the overall look. The general carcass board is 1.2cm thick & the lid is 1.5cm thick & the finish is good. The hinges & struts are of quality construction. The parts line up well. A quick tip: when attaching the lid struts the carcass needs to be slightly raised from the surface it is on in order to line up with the underside of the lid. I used one of the pieces of polystyrene packing which was a perfect match in thickness. The packing was incredible. No staples, just strongly glued. The parts were well packed inside, insulated in polystyrene so they could not move (which can cause damage in transit), & the lid had corner protectors in addition to the polystyrene insulation. The instructions were very clear. All parts were present along with a Allen key & screwdriver. All that is needed as an extra is a small hammer to tap in 4 small floor protectors. The floor board has extra support from a central strut. I chose the 800cm size & it is so roomy. Delivery was stated as 4-7 days, but it arrived first the next morning via DPD. Thoroughly recommend!

Sturdy and easy to assemble, being used as a childs toy box and the provided hinges make it very safe as it does not slam shut, it has to be closed by hand so my daughter can open it herself, get her toys out and close it without the risk of trapping fingers, Looks more expensive than it costs. Fits in my lounge nicely and with added cushions on the top would make a great place to sit.

This is the second one of these I have brought. They look so good! It arrived quickly and well packed, with corner protectors on the panels and plenty of foam padding. Everything was clearly labelled and easy to put together and it looks brilliant when assembled. Had to knock a star off this one because the labels are glued too firmly to the panels, and there’s a giant orange sticker telling you not to let kids play with the box - that is slapped right inside the top of the lid where it opens up and is immediately visible. I don’t mind the safety warning, but do mind that it took me 30 mins, a scraper and 2 types of cleaning products to remove it. (That’s longer than it took me to assemble the box and there is still residue left behind.) That aside, these are beautiful sturdy well made boxes and are great value for money.

Easy to build, very good looking, solid

Storage chest arrived one week earlier than forecast, just a day after ordering. Outer carton exhibited some impact damage from shipper but the chest was so well packed and protected with polystyrene foam blocks that no damage to goods. Chest easy to assemble with all parts neatly packaged and included a reversable cross head/ slotted screwdriver and Allen key. Overall, very impressive design and execution of the product. UPDATE : Chest now constructed and was even more amazed at the ease and quality. Where screws need to go into wood, metal screw inserts are in place so no chance of damaging wood or mis-aligning screws. Fittings are all of high quality. Instructions straight forward. Puts IKEA to shame!

Contenant robuste avec un volume satisfaisant, le montage est facile pour un débutant et les outils nécessaire sont fournis ! Côté esthétique je trouve que l’objet est sympa, il ne fait pas cheap.

Es la primera vez que compro algún mueble de Amazon y la verdad que nada de quejas. En este producto específicamente me pareció genial que venga con su propio destornillador, el manual, las tablas y las piezas separadas con letras y números para identificar y facilitar el armado. Finalmente se ve bien, es macizo, cumple su función y para el precio estoy totalmente satisfecha. Lo único si, las cositas que se ponen en la base hace que se mueva con facilidad así que yo recomendaría no ponerlas ya que no es necesario.

Dont expect luxury furniture. For the price it is ok. Material is a bit thin and the edges look a bit "sharp" which I guess will be the case when material is not that thick. In any case, had it for a couple of days now and looks fine and seems to hold up. No complaints. The specification 136kgs is oddly specific though. Very good customer service!

Perfect for my needs, a well made substantial storage box.
