Good for lancets, kwikpen needs and whole syringes
I bought these for my insulin kwikpen needles and lancets for when I'm not home as I don't want to take my big sharps container everywhere. This is perfect. I tried putting the needles in multiple ways and the most I could fit was 10 by pointing them down then up then down and so on until the last two I pointed down. It would fit a bunch of lancets as well and if you're not someone usings a kwikpen it will also fit your syringes as well. It's definitely perfect for on the go or even traveling. Too big to fit into the average diabetic bag, but definitely good for a purse etc.

Privacy and disposal at your fingertips.
Just reordered for the second time. What an excellent sharps style container for my work bag. It’s discrete and I can walk to the bathroom with it enclosed inside a pouch with my meter and testing strips. One trick is to tap the nose a couple times before adding test strips or lancets. This ensures everything follows gravity and you get the maximum use before sealing shut. I store in the bottom of the pouch (horizontal) and haven’t had issues. Use the flip top each time until you’re ready to seal permanently.

Amazing Portable Sharps Container - For Travel
I ordered these sharps containers for my mom and myself as we travel to the beach. She uses small-ish needles, and mine are really small, but in a tiny cap almost. I was worried the containers would be really small, and while my mom could use it (them), I would not be able to fit mine in. I was very happy to see these are much larger than the picture leads you to believe. I am sure there are measurements that give you an idea of the size, but I am not one to always understand, or pay attention to, measurements. (My mom will remind me of the 3” holidays goose I got which I thought was going to be 3’.) They are large enough for my mom to put in her needles, and for me to put in numerous needles as well. It also fits nicely into my first aid kit I use with my shots. The only thing I have a Possible issue with, when you open the lid, everything is able to be accessed. The lid opens and for the container it is as if you popped the cap off (It is held on with a hinge.). If my mom was to be accidently bumped into, it is possible for the needles to fall out. There is a little lock tab for when your container is full. Overall, I would say this is a great product, and it is perfect for what I needed. I would definitely recommend this for easy travel but would recommend a more permanent sharps container for home.

Inexpensive and convenient disposal of finger stick lancets.
I test for INR every couple of weeks (I'm on a blood thinner), and the little lancets that go into the finger-stick gadget were a hassle to dispose of. They're extremely sharp, and if you don't wrap them securely you'll invariably stab yourself when one of them finds its way to the surface of a trash bag. (The process of wrapping them in tissue is where I gave up an extra sample.) They're also a danger to the people who pick up the trash, and to workers further downstream. One of these tubes has more than enough space for a year's worth of lancets. (If you're a diabetic, you probably use more lancets than I do, but it'll still take a while to fill the tube.) When it's full, you lock it closed, and safely toss it in the trash. It's extremely sturdy, and won't break open even in a compactor.

SELLER REDACTS INFORMATION ON LABELS
These are incredibly flimsy and the lock does not work. They pop open and will lead to needle sticks. Also, the seller has redacted information on the labels with a sharpie. Very suspicious. Storage capacity has no importance because that don’t stay shut. This is a great value if you want to obtain a needle stick and possible infection/disease but should NEVER be considered or purchased by anyone requiring it to function. SELLER, please tell us what you have redacted on the labels. What did you not want us to see so you scribbled over it with a sharpie? This was done to both labels. Inquiring minds need to know.
