Beautiful toy. Would benefit from a cloudy option!
Beautiful looking, well made toy. My almost 3yo loves it, and it’ll certainly last. It is however missing a cloudy weather option - you have to pick windy, snowing, storm etc, which isn’t always relevant.

Fab value and quality
Bought this to teach my son days of the week and the weather. So easy to change and looks good too. Very good quality.

It's a weather clock
Make no mistake this is a beautiful product, it's well made and painted, well packaged and functional making use of some lovely design features that work well. So it's fantastic then right? well nearly.....Sometimes you can manufacture the most beautiful products in the world and miss the tiniest of features that would make your product twice as useful, giving your product more play value and thus a longer lifespan.Keeping kids entertained is hard work and parents will wisely select products that best utilise their hard earned finances, with that said....Lovely packaging here, a nice box and it's wrapped rather well.Product itself is beautiful, solid wood, well painted and the design is top notch utilising both magnetic weather elements and turning wheels. Very nice indeed. You can select the season, the day of the week, the temperature and the weather as this is a obviously a weather clock and it's all integrated rather well. There's just one omission "TIME" adding a clock to the center of this item would have increased it's teaching value and play value threefold, thus making this product an all in one solution from it's competitors.I don't know if this manufacturer already has another competing product that has a clock, if so it makes some logical sense to not include it, however in this age of financial woe the more activities you can cram into a single product the better.Four stars but could have been so easily five.Recommended

Paint quality might be iffy with every day use
This is a sweet garden themed weather board for getting children interested in the world around them. I like the little stand and the interactive nature of the board.I am not sure how interesting children are going to find this on a daily basis. I will explain why, everyone gives their child their mobile phone which means children are constantly bombarded by fast paced stuff. So this is of a slower generation, one that sat back and observed the world around them. This is not a criticism of the item, I actually think it will be lovely to do this on a daily basis, but children might not find it as thrilling as we do.The wood is a little thin and the paint work on all the toys these days is sort of stuck on, not actually painted on. The toys my children had still have their full paint on them, not sure how this will fair ...I would still buy this as a gift I were lucky enough to be a Godmother again, as a Chrtistening Present or for a toddler's birthday, but it is not the quality of toys of yesteryear, but still very good for our current times, hence the harsh 4*'s. I still like it a lot!

Super cute wooden weather clock.
The media could not be loaded. Super cute sustainable wooden every day life weather clock.Beautifully made and well thought of with the months of the year, days of the week turning wheel and movable temperature and seasons indicators. This would make an ideal gift for a little one, a baby shower or even in an education/ child care setting like a nursery or preschool and so on.The little lovely magnetic wooden weather faces are well designed and cutely finished off.Love how this is designed in the UK, Plastic free (so long as the sellotape on the paper wrapper inside is plant based and not plastic) and even the small drawstring cotton storage bag for the weather faces feels quality.Overall an excellent product by orangetree toys. I cannot see why if not looked after this product would not last for years, maybe even a generational hand me down for years to come.Highly recommended.

Sweet wooden weather toy
This is a cute weather clock. Comes with a stand for the clock, and some magnetic weather forecasts in a cloth bag. It’s a good little activity for young ones, teaching them the days of the week and talking about the weather etc.The stand did come with a small chip on it. I’m not sure if it’s worth £26.99, it doesn’t keep my children engaged for long. But it’s not too big and sits well on the side so the children can have a look at it everyday.

A lovely addition
I like this. It is cute and easy to use. It is part calendar and part weather tracker. Right now we mainly use it to discuss the seasons and the weather. The days of the week will have to come later as my little ones don't read. Although we are learning them verbally. My toddler has very much enjoyed going into the draw string bag and picking out the correct weather symbol for the day and attaching it. So far I have been moving the arrows and we have been discussing what they point to.The stand is handy and allows me to put this on a high up shelf. I bring it down when it needs changing. My toddler also likes to point and name the insects/birds that decorate this. He likes to spin the large disc on the back that the days of the week are written on.There are a few minor issues: 1. The days of the week are in white and hard to see. 2. The months are written quite small. 3. There is no hook for the draw string bag to attach to, so it sort of just lives tucked behind.Overall i'm really pleased. This is well made and is a good first calendar.
