Horrible, flakey product
I don't understand how this thing is being sold. I have two of this thing, and both some times work, and some times don't. Not all ports work. Fluctuations here and there. After 1 year of usage one of them doesn't work anymore. If you need something serious and reliable, just stay away from this bad product. I have very little trust in ugreen chargers now.

Can’t ask for more
I use this dock to charge 6 tablets with fast speed. It’s always reliable if you buy from ugreen, and make sure you buy ugreen quality cables as well. I recommend it for fast charging.

Top GaN charger
Really amazing, charges many devices at max power and not that bulky. Worth it

Great with one issue
This is a really good product for someone who has many devices that has usb-c charging cables and needs these devices to charge fast, however, it has one down side, which is that usb-c cables easily become loose by one mm and as a result it disconnects from this charger, every time I have to push the cables again and ensure none is loose, and this doesn’t happen with other desktop chargers such as Anker, I am using brand new cables so the issue is with this charger. Note: fast charging requires all 3 (charger, cable, and device) to be compatible to utilize the 200w super fast charging, which you would only find in latest laptops (most are 130-140w max)

Great multi charger.
This charger is well design and works as described. Capable of charging multiple devices at the same time. Very convenient as it replaces multiple chargers with this one. The quality is superb and is easy to carry for travels.

The build is really solid and premium. The real thing appears darker than the picture which is a plus for me. It's actually a much darker gray and I love it. The charger is not too heavy and hence very convenient to be carrying around. The power cord provided is long and ideal length. Tested and it's working perfectly as advertised. I'm using it to charge: S23 Ultra (Super fast charging 2.0 working). Be sure to use a 5A cable or else it will not work. PS5 Dualsense controller x 2.

After just a short period of use, the USB-C 2-port stopped working. I tested it with different cables and devices, and the issue is definitely with the charger. UGREEN confirmed it's faulty, but since Amazon fulfilled it, they won't replace it. What's worse, I found many reviews mentioning the same issue. For a charger at this price, reliability should not be a gamble. I bought insurance and now have to go through a separate claims process to get a refund. Avoid this product until UGREEN addresses the quality control issues.
