Can this be turned around so the purse pocket is in the back?

I took a video to show you how this organizer is secured from the purse side to the seat belt buckles. I think it would be difficult to secure if you flipped the organizer around; plus, the drink pockets—which extend wider than the purse pocket— would seriously infringe into your front seat shoulder room. But, you never know until you try. Maybe you could MacGyver it to work.

would it fit between crew cab truck?

I can only speak to if whether or not this holder will fit between the seats of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Extended cab with a full bench seat, but with a folding center console. It is possible for the elastic straps to fit on the backs drivers and passenger seat backs with the center console in the folded down position, but if you try to raise the center console to look for something in the lower console, the holder gets pushed around and you have to fiddle with it to get it back in place. It can work, just not as clean as in install as in the 2014 Mazda CX-5 we purposefully purchased this holder for. Hope this helps out.

What size tissue box do I buy for this. I've tea couple differe ones and they do not fit?

we have found that the small, soft 10 tissue mini packs to be the easiest to store in the holder. The quantity isn't as great as we'd like, but it also doesn't bulk up the holder. We keep additional, replacement tissue packs in the way back of the car (2014 Mazda CX-5).
